This company advertises a free 14 day trial, for only the shipping of $4.95. I called to confirm this and was told that if the product came later than expected I should call to extend the free 14 day trial periond. WHen I called, 4 days later, I could not get to speak to a person and the only choice I had was to electonically cancle the order. AFter that the robot told me that it would cost $38,71 for the product to be charg d on my credit card.
I e maild the company and recieved an answer stating that my account would be cancelled, leadig me to believe that the charge would be cancelled as well.
Not only was the charge still on my card, but a foreign service fee was as well.
I had a message on my machine today to call them and upon doing so was told that 14 days is not enough time to test this product. I told th rep that this was false advertising and misleading an it never stated that.
