I was penalized for not having read carefully the small print. After I ordered a free sample, they automatically charged my account 15 days later - because I forgot to cancel on time. And they charge an enormous amount for a product you can buy for five times less money in a store. A perfect rip off!
They try to catch people in a scheme that appears legal, but is very much unethical. I am enraged for having been victimized by this kind of scam.
My only consolation is that I believe in a transcendental justice and am convinced that the directors of that company will realize that are in fact abusing people and they will not be able to sleep anymore.
Fellow customers, beware of any free offer; they is probably a scam attached to it. It is too good to be true.
I did a trial offer and was caught unaware that I would be upcharged from $1.95 for a trial offer to a full price of $84.99 for a one month supply after the 14th day! I was not aware and did not notify company because I felt they would be losing money if I made a complaint. $1.95 was certainly reasonable. Well to my surprise I was charged on that bottle the full price of $84.99. False advertising. No intergrity shown here. You will not speak to a supervisor because they are not

I was charged $84.99 for one month more than $1.00 apiece! No integrity but most definitely a scam! You cannot speak with a supervisor for they are not on the floor and I am sure they receive so many calls they don't want to talk with YOU! I paid $1.95 plus $84.99 not just normal bottle rate! SCAM! Be smart and go to a health store and get what you need. I have learned never to order off Internet even if advertising on Christian Elijah List. I did a trial offer and instead of 14 business days to cancel it is 14 days from day of order so i got charged a ridiculous amount for on 30 day supply of lunar sleep.
