m360network.net a total lie from start to finish

You can not give this company any stars what so ever. Everything they tell you is a flat out lie. Nothing about this company checks out. I have filed a complaint with both the North Carolina and Illinois Attorney Generals offices. A Mr. Patrick Henry promised to return my money three months ago. To this day(Sept. 21, 2015) I have received nothing in return. I have also contacted Visa and determined that he used J. P. Morgan bank to process my payment from a debit card. I am currently in the process of working with the bank to get my money back because of the out right fraud. I also contacted the radio station in Chicago that I heard the ad on. They have since pulled all advertisement on this company's behalf because of my documentation. What tipped me off was the fact he was responding to my emails from a T-Mobile phone.

Be very careful not to shop with this company m360network.net. They offer unbelievably huge discounts like an Iphone 6 Plus, mobile hot spot, mobile printer, HP Pavilion dv6 laptop or tablet, health insurance, a Visa debit card (pre-loaded with $20), a shirt, and hat, all for $450. They even offer a family plan with 4 phones and everything else except the printer for $450.

I made a purchase moving way too fast because I heard about the company on a radio ad on V103 in Atlanta. The guy promised me that I would get my products in 2 days, although the website says up to 14 days, but once I made the purchase I could not get in touch with anyone who could give me any info about my purchase.

I started researching the company and found out nothing, and I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING checked out. Their site claimed to have a career fair on July 18, 2015 at the Omni hotel in Charlotte, NC. I contacted the Omni Hotel and they said that was false and had been receiving calls about that and contacted m360network.net and was told that the bogus career fair would be removed from their site (which they did). M360network.net claims to be powered by Verizon Wireless, so I cntacted Verizon's corporate office and they informed me that m360network.net was not a part of their umbrella.

Even the physical address that the company has listed as theirs belongs to a UPS company. The representative who took my money name is Patrick Henry. He claimed to just be a supervisor for the company but after researching their website on the whois I found out that he was actually the owner and creator of the site and everything points to him as a contact for any and everything from tech support (which they really don't have a tech dept.) to admin registrant.

Be leery, they are not good business and I still haven't received my money back from the company.

M360Network.Net is not a scam

We (M360Network.Net) has had countless conversation with this one person out of the Atlanta area, whom paid for our service by making a $250.00 down payment, then was supposed to be billed over the next 5 months. He was also told that he would get his package with 7 to 10 business days. He started calling our customer services line within two business days demanding that he get his order shipped to him the very next day. At that point, he was refunded his money and was ask to not call our company anymore. He called everyday harassing our customer services representatives. We was finally able to get him to stop calling, after talking with his wife to find out that he was dealing with major personal issue, and felt that M360Network.Net would be his ticket out of those problems with our "Same Day Payout" program for bring others to service. To date, we have only had one complaint about our program. We are very successful with our service, and will continue doing our best to allow our customers to receive discounts on products and services that our competitors take advantage this industry.

Thank You,

Seems like a scam

Same experience has the first two users.I bought a membership in middle of July got a little anxious after not receiving anything a couple weeks later. Did a little more research and literally they have nothing out there besides there website. No real social media presence outside of a few tweets. I started to call and asked for a refund, and they told me i would receive it, but for the next month or so, i would get calls and they would tell me someone would call me later to confirm my refund, and no one ever does. Their customer service number connects you to regus. Regus offers temporary offices and a receptionist. The regus employee finally gave me the phone number they have on file, and whenever i call, the voice mail of Patrick Mchenry is always full. I gave up on ever getting a refund, and just accepted the fact that i had been scammed. I placed a tip with the FBi, and i have yet to hear back. They simply offer too much product to be true ( especially an Insurance card). I figured there would be some kinks down the line, but i figured that i was not getting scammed by v103 a major radio station in Atlanta. Should've done my due diligence, and i learned a lesson the hard way.
