Marigold ruined my credit for almost 3 years and despite dispute with credit bureaus, they refused to remove their claim for $2900 Hospital bill which was cleared with the hospital since 2011.
I contacted the hospital multiple times and was told that my account had a $00 and there was nothing they could do. Finally i was able to get a nice lady from the hospital speak with the Director who allowed them to pull out old files and send them to Marigold, so they can stop ruining my life.
Marigold was forced to remove their negative posting from my credit. I called and spoke with one of their managers, Francisco Arriaga and asked him to send me a letter explaining why they were harrassing me for nothing. He arrogantly refused.
