We tried to deal with Mario Carron several time in order to purchase and sell a restaurant. We placed our restaurant for sale with him in order to sell it and buy one in another location. For three occasions, every time we were putting an offer, he come back stating that there are another offer with higher price than yours. In reality, there were no offers whatsoever. He did the same with my potential buyer for my restaurant that I lost the sale in a couple of times. When I fired him and dealt with another agent, I was able to sell my restaurant in a short time and bought another one on a good deal. Stay away from this Mario Carron either buying or selling thru him.
