Markosian Auto Reviews

First off I would like to comment on the response of one of the authors to Amber's complaint. I would like to know why it is unlawful for her to speak her piece and not unlawful of the salesman at this auto dealership to make said promises and down right lie to your face to get you into a car. I'm saying this because I have dealt with this dealership myself, and please, I'm an educated women, I know that when you buy a car used it is normaly "As Is" unless purchased a warranty. I also have worked for a used car lot dealership as a finance manager so I know a little bit of what I'm talking about.

This dealership does one thing they say they will do, and that is get you into a car, but they also mislead lead you and tell you things, that they never follow through on, once that sale is final all the so called promises the salesman said to you, go out the door. They shouldnt make promises that they know they are not going to uphold, and that is exactly what they do. They take advantage of people that are on hard times and that is crap, I dont know how they sleep at night. They are also a Gephartd Approved business, whatever that means, I have written this Mr. Gephardt twice needless to say I have gotten no response back. I as a consumer Do Not Recommend this dealership at all and I, for one would never back this business with my name.

Hi my name is Amber Abraham. Here is a little about me. I am a single mom of 5 amazing children. We fled a home filled with domestic violence and we have lived in homeless shelters and on and on. I had a condition like bleeding ulcers that would perforate my stomach the acid would leak out and almost kill me in fact I died on the operating table twice. I was pregnant with my son during this had one surgery while I was 4 months pregnant. As a result he was born almost three months early he was hospitalized for 3 months life flighted twice he's been put in a coma and ventilators. And I have had to endure 5 surgeries in two years to save my life. Out of my 5 kids 3 are special needs. I still have to get regular blood transfusions along with many other medical needs. I am also type 1 diabetic. I worked tirelessly full time and went to school full time to get us out of the homeless shelter. I now work three jobs and still attend to my kids demanding schedules as well as mine. I bought a car from Markosian auto and I saw your name on there window. I trusted them because I watch you on the news. I understood my credit was less than perfect so I would have to pay a little more. I have made every payment on time been a very good customer. When I was buying the car the salesman (James) was quite the smooth talker told me I would only be locked into this car for 6 months just made it sound amazing. I told him my complications in life and that all I requested was a reliable vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle he was selling me was extremely reliable. Well the first thing that happened was the battery at $134, then the roters at 225, then the rear wheel hub assembly at 526, then the tire was ruined from the hub assembly at 135, then the front wheel hub assembly which I could not afford another 526 so I bought the part my self and paid a friend to put it in for 314, now something in the steering column is going out I have no turn signals and the bright lights won't shut off most days, the power windows have gone out and now I need another new tire. This vehicle is far from reliable. I have tried several several several times to get help from the dealership even emailed the owner twice they never call back and finally after two months and a thousand tears later someone named Craig called and said basically it's my own fault because I drive to much. I have 5 kids three of them have special needs and my medical complications we live at doctors and appointments and such not to mention the three jobs I work. I've asked several people and they said this car should not have the amount of problems it does. I am stuck with a broken down car I can not afford to keep replacing. I don't know if you can do anything but this seems to be my last option. Sincerely Amber Abraham.
