I met Marv Valento from a friend who told me he was a reliable real estate agent that would help me selling my home and buy a new one. The deal finished after months and months of no return calls. This was after I gave him earnest monies for new house and fees related to selling the current home. Marv tried to tell me that there was another broker involved but he always was hesitant to give me their name and would change the subject when I mentioned it. I later found out that he was the broker on both sides of the deal and was also the lender. I called the real estate authorities and they told me to file a report and that what he was doing was possibly illegal. Glad to get this real estate matter behind me last year.
By surprise I received a letter from IRS this year. They are holding my tax refund and tell me that I am being audited and will have to pay thousands of dollars owed from a property sale in 2013. What a surprise. Apparently my scammer real estate broker changed something on the closing documents without my knowledge in order to make a higher commission from the sale. This is terrible news for me. I am a single mother and was counting on my tax refund to purchase a new car. Now I'm stuck and will probably have to pay the IRS most of my tax refund.
I have tried to call and email Marv Valento but he does not answer the phone or reply to my messages. Beware and do not do business with this man. I discovered he has done this to many other people and they are all Mexican single mothers as myself. I found some information about him on Google and it was not very good information. You will see the image I found online. I would have never considered doing being with a con man that is also an undercover racist that is involved with these types of racists white power groups. I found a resume of his online, also. It said that he worked places that I had checked out through a background check service online. It says he either never worked there or never went to the university that he claims he went to on his online resume and social media profile. If this crook has scammed you be sure to contact FBI and the Attorney General. They seem to already have complaints on file for his fraudulent real estate companies and him.
