On June 26, 2014 I had received a mail letter from this company by the name of Mason Grace Enterprises. On that letter it said, Would you like the opportunity to earn up to $5000,00 weekly by mailing out our special letters at the comfort of your on home. Your duty is to label the people's name & address on each envelope that we'll sent you, then you will fold and insert the special letters in the envelope, then you will seal and put a stamp on each envelope. To make sure that you're a serious home worker, we have 5 options for you to choose from. You can choose to receive one of these options, (49 envelopes for $99), (69 envelopes for $139), (99 envelopes for $199), (500 envelopes for $249), or ( 1000 envelopes for $5000,00) and we will sent the materials to you within 7 days. Remember! the more letters you mail out, the more money you will make It sounds very interesing to me.

So I paid $199 for 99 envelopes. The materials came 7 days later. They had an instruction manual for mailing special letters. They also sent 99 labels of people's name and address. The only thing I had to get was 99 stamps which came up to $50. Everything that they sent looked very professional and an order. I followed the instructions and mailed all 99 letters. Two weeks have passed and I haven't heard anything from Mason Grace Enterprises. I have tryed to called them and sent several messages from their websites concerning about whether or not I made any money like they claimed I was going to make. They never responded back to me. Until this day I still haven't heard or received any letters from Mason Grace Enterprises. To not hear from this company, I feel like I have been scammed. I took photos of the materials they have sent me.

See how silly your post is?

You said it yourself. They are very professional materials and in good order. I can tell you right now you need to learn patience. Rome was not built in a day. To post this after two weeks is very unfair. You cannot tell anything after only two weeks

You flushed your money

Sending these creeps money is the same as flushing it down the toilet. Please internet research envelope stuffing scams and you will see this BS has been around for many years. The only people making money are the ones people like you are sending their hard-earned money to, i.e. the Mason Grace creeps. I cannot imagine what type of sub-human can willfully take money from people who can't afford it to begin with and know they are taking their money and these poor people will never see a dime. These people belong in prison and if enough people would speak up, they would end up there.

The only fake reviews are those posted by Shills

FANTASY: Get paid for mailing our special letters from home! Potential earnings of up to $5000 or more weekly! Free postage, free circulars, free envelopes.

REALITY: Free postage? WRONG…you get reimbursed for 1, I repeat, “1” mailing after each 9th paycheck. Free circulars and free envelopes? WRONG…you get reimbursed for 1 , I repeat, “1” supply of circulars and envelopes after each 9th paycheck, all other packages must be purchased again at 50% off and you have to pay for the postage out of your own pocket. Considering that one mailing might result in 1 paycheck, that leaves you buying several more packages before you can get reimbursed for even 1 package. Same for the postage. So let’s do the math: Group 1 has 49 letters for you to stuff and mail out. If you are lucky, you might get a 5% response rate which equals (for you) about 2.5 responses, but let’s be generous and say that 5 people respond and buy in to his scheme. That gives you $50. So, so far, you have spent $99 plus $24 for postage for a total of $123 and your return is $50. So far, you’ve lost $73 just on the initial package…and Richard (or whatever his name is) has scammed, at the least, $500 for the work you’ve done. Add several more “purchases” of his scheme at the same return rate ($50 [$99 X 50%) + $24) $74 spent versus $50 received, you are now out another $24 for the next package that you will never see a return of. Keep in mind that his “requirements” are that you MUST mail out all envelopes within 10 days of receipt, so if any responses will be forthcoming, it will only be for a short period of time, thereby ensuring you MUST purchase more of his “packages” to get more paychecks.

FANTASY: We have so much work on hand, that we’re paying home workers $10.00 for each letter stuffed and returned to us as per instructions.

REALITY: No mention whatsoever that you are not returning these letters to Richard (or whatever his name is) but are, in fact, sending out the letters to a mailing list (labels included in the box) and you only get paid if someone on that mailing list returns the letter to Richard (or whatever his name is) with payment to buy into his scheme. Considering the majority of people are hip to these types of scams, I am being generous saying that maybe 5% will respond.

FANTASY: All you have to do is stuff the envelopes that we send you with the letters that we send you, and then mail them out so that you can receive your pay check.

REALITY: In Richard’s defense (or whatever his name is), there is no mention that you will be mailing the letters to anyone in particular, but it is deliberately vague as to that fact. The letter reads as if you are sending the letters back to Mason Grace Enterprises to have postage applied at Mason Grace and rerouted to someone on “their” mailing list. And I know the peanut gallery (i.e.: Richard [or whatever his name is]) is going to come in here and call me a liar and whatever, but I think at this point, we all know who the liar is.

FANTASY: Our staff definitely cannot handle the job of stuffing and mailing out 500,000 letters within the required time. That’s where you come into the picture. We need your help right away to stuff and mail out these letters as quickly as possible. As stated above, we pay $10.00 per letter stuffed and returned to us. Even at that phenomenal pay rate, we still save a great deal of money that would otherwise have to be spent on bigger office space and additional staff.

REALITY: Well, I imagine you can’t handle it all yourself, considering you are probably an office of “one”. You know, out of all of the feedback I’ve found about Mason Grace online, there is only 1 true defender of this company. The other defenders are shills. For those of you who don’t know what a shill is, it is a person who gives glowing, but false, reports about a business. I’m sure these shills are all Richard (or whatever his name is). Again, I’ll point out that the sentence “implies” you will be returning the stuffed envelopes to Mason Grace Enterprises, not sending them out to a mailing list they send to you. So the “returned to us” takes on a completely different meaning when you receive his package instructions and get blindsided with that little “nugget” of information.

FANTASY: Your job is simply stuffing the special advertising letters that WE PROVIDE, into envelopes that WE PROVIDE, label, seal, and mail them out to RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM US.

REALITY: Well, what do you know, after all of the blubber that catches your attention earlier on in the flyer, it is actually stated here (in small letters to be overshadowed by the capital letters, of course…intentional? Me thinks, yes.) that you have to label the envelopes…but again, no mention of mailing them out individually to a mailing list. Perhaps that is also implied, but is overshadowed by all the other garbage.

FANTASY: Other companies don’t actually send you the envelopes. You have to run advertisements to get self addressed, stamped envelopes from prospective customers. That’s a PRIMARY DIFFERENCE between other companies and ours. WE WILL SEND YOU THE ENVELOPES AND THE LETTERS TO STUFF INTO THOSE ENVELOPES.

REALITY: Ah, now we’re back on the scam track. They now lead you back to thinking you’ll be mailing the letters back to Mason Grace, not to some mailing list because they make the statement that they are different than other companies because they do not require you to run advertisements to get a list to mail these letters to. Letters that WE PROVIDE? Envelopes that WE PROVIDE? Sure, they provide them at a cost. You could make your own copies and buy your own envelopes for a fraction of what he charges to send them to you.

FANTASY: Carefully read the circulars that you receive from other companies. Notice that they are very vague about what your package contains, and also note they don’t tell you if they are the ones who will send the envelopes and circulars to stuff. All they’ll say is that the envelopes will come to you pre-addressed, with postage stamps affixed. THAT MEANS that you’ll have to advertise in newspapers or magazines in order to get people to send you stamped self-addressed envelopes. WE ARE DIFFERENT! WE SEND YOU THE ENVELOPES AND LETTERS TO BE STUFFED, AND OFFER AN UNMATCHED PAY RATE.

REALITY: Vague? Your flyer is nothing but vague. There is no mention whatsoever about what YOUR package contains. If it mentioned that people would be mailing out flyers offering the same “opportunity” you just sold them and no actual advertisement for a product, you would get NO responses to your flyers because it would be 100% clear that this is a pyramid scheme. You wouldn’t want that, now would you?

FANTASY: You will not have to pay for postage stamps. All postage cost is reimbursable…That means it’s FREE! You will not have to do any form of advertising whatsoever! No newspaper ads… no magazine ads, no bulletin board ads. No advertising at all.

REALITY: Not true according to your “instructions”. Again, I reiterate what I said above. Postage is only reimbursed for “1” package after each 9th paycheck. All other postage comes straight out of the “dupes” pocket.

FANTASY: We also do not deduct taxes from your paychecks. You get the full amount. We will send you a 1099 form at the end of the year, when you’re ready to file your taxes.

REALITY: In order for anyone to send out a 1099, the payee must supply their SSN or a TIN. If the organization sends out 1099’s without this information, they can be fined $50 per incomplete form, unless it is found that they’ve made every effort to acquire it. If that number is not supplied by the payee to the payor, an organization is required to demand it from the payee. If they still will not supply it (and I would never give my SSN to this charlatan), the organization is obligated to withhold taxes and then pay that directly to the government. If they do not, the organization will be held liable for any uncollected amounts. Mason Grace does not ask for this information from its potential “workers” (at least it wasn’t requested in the “package” I received), which means they won’t be sending you anything…I sincerely doubt they’ll even send you a check for $10. I mean, how are you supposed to know if anyone replies to the flyers you just sent out? You have no way of verifying this. And Richard (or whatever his name is) isn’t going to volunteer anything other than insults and threats. (Yes, Richard can track what he has received back because you are supposed to put some identifying number on each “circular” you mail out, which is how he is supposed to know who to pay $10 to.)

FANTASY: You will not be stuffing or mailing anything that is illegal, or that will be of an offensive nature.

REALITY: After seeing what was in the “package”, I have my doubts about this. Read the definition of a “Pyramid Scheme” and make the decision for yourself. I mean, if you are just re-mailing the same sham you got suckered into, and your income is dependent on more people buying the same opportunity to mail more of the same circulars, where is the product? By the way, Pyramid Schemes are illegal within the Continental United States. Read this from the SEC: http://www.sec.gov/answers/pyramid.htm, http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/ia_pyramid.htm. This is also very interesting and mentions envelope stuffing schemes in the bargain: http://www.investopedia.com/articles/04/042104.asp, also http://www.investopedia.com/articles/pf/09/work-at-home-scam.asp. This may not be a full blown Pyramid Scheme, but it is most certainly a variation thereof, with Richard (or whatever his name is) being the only person benefitting.

FANTASY: Just stuff the special letters that WE WILL SEND YOU, into envelopes that WE WILL SEND YOU, and GET PAID FOR THE WORK YOU DO.

REALITY: WRONG, you only get paid if someone else buys into the same scheme…again, read the definition of a “Pyramid Scheme”.

FANTASY: Along with EVERY paycheck, we’ll send you fresh mailing supplies so you may continue your mailings uninterrupted.

REALITY: A reasonable person would assume that with every paycheck, you will receive fresh mailing supplies at no charge, right? WRONG! You have to pay for them at 50% of the original price. NOT FREE!

FANTASY: IN ORDER TO GET YOU STARTED IMMEDIATELY, we must require a one time computer processing and materials fee. This one time fee insures that you’re serious about the program, so we aren’t sending this material for no reason.

REALITY: Again, WRONG! Not a one-time fee. You pay every time and only get reimbursed “1” time after each 9th paycheck (and I sincerely doubt you would get reimbursed for that 1 package).

FANTASY: Naturally, we can’t afford to send expensive printed material to every one who requests it, unless we’re certain they want to earn money in our program.

REALITY: Expensive material? It’s basic paper and basic envelopes. I’ve seen better at a discount store. There is nothing special about the stationary…or what is printed on it, for that matter.

FANTASY: MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! All application fees will be refunded & reimbursements for a single package issued with every 9th paycheck.

REALITY: Shocking, it actually states in this paragraph about the “single” reimbursement with every 9th paycheck…but again, still misleading because there is no mention of having to pay for more packages, it just states fresh mailing supplies sent with “EACH” paycheck. So, the money back guarantee is a lie.

FANTASY: I realize that I have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, since my application fee is completely refundable as explained above.

REALITY: Again, since you are paying a fee with every package you receive from this charlatan, and only getting reimbursed for a single package after each 9th paycheck, it’s not completely refundable, is it?

I’m also going to take this opportunity to mention that the Terms and Conditions on Mason Grace Enterprises website changed. When I first looked at this website and read their T&C’s, there was no mention of a “Courtesy” refund in their refunds section. Their “Courtesy” refund is only for $50, and is only given when they feel the refund is not “technically” owed. Well, they don’t feel they should refund money to their marks for any reason, so they will consider all refunds as “technically” not owed. Hmmm…did the T&C’s change because too many people were opening your “package” and seeing that they got duped? Well, I have the proof in a “before and after” screen shot. Oh, also, their T&C’s must have been put together by a kindergartner. It’s the same thing copied and pasted 3 times. Of course, I’ve not done a complete analysis on this as their T&C’s section is meant to cross your eyes and there is only so much garbage a person can read before losing interest.

Richard (or whatever his name is) is what is called a “Bad Faith” merchant. He is a charlatan, that is for sure, because everything he does is in bad faith. For a sale to be considered legitimate, according to FTC rules, good faith has to be exercised by all parties. Richard (or whatever his name is) wouldn’t know good faith if it slapped him up-side the head. I’ve seen all of the rebuttals on the RipOffReport defending this company. These people are what the Federal Trade Commission call “Shills” (i.e.: a person who gives glowing, but false, reports about a business). It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if all of these “shills” weren’t Richard himself, or whatever his name is…probably people he’s stolen identities from. Beware sending any personal information to this guy. After being duped myself, I put out a Fraud Alert on my name with the 3 major credit bureaus. And if my identity is stolen in the future, I’ll know in which direction to point the authorities.

Richard has practiced bad faith in every response he has had with everyone, as you can see in all of his posts on the RipOffReport. His website promises a refund if requested within 24 “business” hours of receipt of his material and that ALL material must be returned as is, but the only way to get their “RMA #” (which is “required” for all returns) is through his “Contacts” page…and that is guaranteed to be ignored. I didn’t even wait 24 hours, much less 24 business hours, and I never received a response from him until I filed a complaint. Then it was all threats, all the time.

On another note about one of these “shills”, there is a YouTube video out there giving a glowing report about Mason Grace Enterprises. I tried to make several responses to this YouTube video so the public could make an informed decision and those responses never posted publicly. I can see my response if I sign into my YouTube account, but the public at large can’t see it. There was another site that also gave this company a glowing review. As soon as I posted a response on this site about it being a sham, which actually showed up to the public, the site disappeared from existence. This Richard person (or whatever his name is) is pretty good at scrubbing the internet and also at creating a bunch of bogus sites in his name. But if you do a little digging on a lot of these sites, you’ll note they are nothing more than face pages with no content. He must have a lot of time on his hands to be able to spend his hard scammed money on creating bogus sites promoting his company.

Also, on another comment created by someone else who was duped, in Mason Grace’s “package”, there is NO alternate contact information EVER provided. It is the same sham phone number and sham contacts page.

On Mason Grace’s webpage, it talks about the BBB being crooks. You know, if you look long and hard enough, every company has skeletons, the BBB is no exception. That’s what happens when you give some internet sites too much power. Every public opinion forum is going to have people trashing someone else for some slight, whether imagined or not. It is up to the public to make an informed decision based on this collected data. Do I believe that every comment should be monitored and verified? Really? Who has the time or the patience? But it is my opinion that Mason Grace Enterprises is a fraudulent company and anyone who sends them money is destined for financial disappointment.

all GOOD comments are shrills

my letter said that i would be putting together booklets that tell people about how to obtain credit the easiest and fastest way called "GET CREDIT NOW" worth appprox $20 a booklet. i'm to be pd before i send them out. 50 Booklets $1000, 100 booklets $2000, and $3000 for 150 booklets. I agree with the post above. What happen they went to stuffing envolopes to stapling booklets. whats going on here anyway? . Why is this still aloud to go on i got a letter exactly the same over a year ago. I don't believe this can't this be stopped.

mason grace enterprises

I have read all the reviews that I could get. I am thankful that there are still people who blow the whistle on scams. I also think that when the BBB was activated it gave the public an inside look at fraudulent activities. As a consumer I am glad that there is an organization like the BBB. Too often we are victimized by unscrupulous people. Thank you for the review.

Why isn't there an actual face of the man on that uTube video?

I don't know who you are, but I'm in agreement with the guy who calls him (Richard, or whatever his name is). You can tell that all of the positive reviews are written by the same person because he uses the same wording almost exactly to the "letter" on every one. And I also think this Richard guy is the same guy on that uTube video! You need to show your face so you can be arrested when it's determined you're committing fraud!!!

you would be stupid to trust this program

Don't fall for it. It's a scam. The same wording, the same tricks were around in the '70s. There is no way to make a lot of money on this program. I still have some of the sheets. It's a ripoff. Been there-done that. Got burned. Lostt my hard earned money.

  • Oct 14, 2014

Yep, this is a scam....

The examples of what you will be paid are purposely expressed in the same numbers as the number of envelopes in their "programs." Let's see you can request a package of 49 envelopes and fliers for $99 and then they tell you that if you stuff and they receive 49 envelopes you'll get paid &490. They don't tell you that you'll get paid for each envelope stuffed but sloppy reading and wishful thinking makes it easy to infer that.

I want to warn all people about a letter I received today from Mason Grace Enterprises, Manhattan, NY but postmarked from Coastal Carolina Area NC.

A work at home opportunity flyer claiming you have the opportunity to make up to $25000 or more weekly stapling their booklets "Get Credit Now".

Of course that's after you pay them $99 of your hard earned money to be allowed this Franchisee, extreme money making easy job.

All you have to do is; pay $99 money order, cash or check or to double your income potential send an additional $99. Then you will sort and staple booklets as they are required and per their instructions and get paid an average of $20 per booklet. After comleting the required booklets, you'll then follow the instructions in their manual and mail the booklets to their destinations. Payment for all completed booklets is sent to you before your required to ship them.

To make sure your a serious home worker they require the $99 refundable free. This fee will be returned to you after you've mailed off your first one hundred booklets.

This has to be one of the most rediculously bad in so many areas ways to loose your money and make money for them.

Seriously, you can go to Staples or similar place to staple a large booklet for a buck or so. Where are you suppose to mail these booklets to ? Europe and at what cost. How many pages are the booklets, do they provide the envelopes, you'll need a special book stapler, when will you receive their orders and when will you get 100 orders, how will they pay you (oh, yeah, after they ask for your checking account info so they can credit you or take all your money, just guessing).

Please, don't fall for this horrible so called business opportunity, where you have to pay someone to potentially get paid. And that has so many specifics unclear and unstated.

Take your $99 dollars and buy a stock that pays dividends. Buy coupons to purchase things you regularly use when they are on sale to make money and save.

Pay yourself first!!!

its true...

Its true folks. It is a scam. It makes me sick to my stomach. You will send Mason Grace money and you will not get paid. You will work stuffing envelopes for no pay. They will send you the items they mentioned. You will pay to mail the envelopes you stuff. What they are doing is legal because of the way they word it. There is no "Richard". It is a fake name, but then, you probably figured that out by now. The "Richard person is the person posting every positive review. That person does get paid to continue to surf the web and post positive remarks and fake success stories. I do feel sorry for every person you are stealing from and I pray you get your just deserves.

Do you get paid for letters you mail or letters the company receives back?

Answer: only get paid for the letters you mail that are returned to them. And what are the letters that you are sending. Is it basically the same letter you received? They are not selling a product.

How are they communicative? I cannot get a live person to speak to me, to answer my questions.

Do you have proof that you are getting paid every week? If so, please provide.

You are a scam artist

Paying a fee to stuff and mail envelopes is ALWAYS a fraud. If you mail the envelopes and do not get a response you are not able to comply with the terms & conditions necessary to qualify for a refund as you are not able to return the comets package. Also, how can the customer mailing the fliers able to track how many envelopes are returned to Mason Grace? It may, if you are lucky be two or three per 100 mailed.

All good reviews are from the same person

It is the same person posting good reviews here, over and over, wanting you think he has a ton of happy customers. I noticed on the ripoff report website, this same person does it there and if you try to warn others about this scam, he gets mad and calls you names. What a class act. So people, think before you send some random stranger any money.

Takes advantage of people

I don't know if this review will post. I of course fell for the scam for 99 dollars. You just get the same letter he sends you to mail to others to scam others. I got 50 of his re-printed letters sent to me to mail to other people. I will not mail them and throwing them in the garbage soon. If it were a real company than the printed material would be something to buy like a "product" so it's obvious your just continuing his what I called as a kid, "chain mail" like you send it to friends. I am not sure why rip off artists really get away with this stuff. People need real job opportunities and blindly think there going to give you something if you work for them. For fear of other people falling into the trap and getting ripped off I won't mail there letters. I got scammed, I feel like upset that I did and that i am not smart enough to see these types of things. But with college debt you feel like you'll do any job to get outta debt. A college education is pricy. That's why i fell into there trap. It looks bad on the part of them b/c you know there's no real company with No product at all. Eventually someone will find them, in our government and the authorities will catch them prosecute them, and they'll have spent all your hard earned money. SCAMS are real, I just found this out this week with Masongrace .Thanks..but than again churchs in america have scammed millions of dollars for god. SO ThERE no different only worse tactics to get you sucked in.

You are wrong

You clearly are not a true customer. You are not sending out letters like the one you received, thats false. I use it and do well with it. if youre going to make up lies at least be smart about it. Every positive comment on here is from an actual user. That by itself is very telling

I received a letter from Mason Grace Enterprises a few days ago offering an "incredible work from home option" it offered several different levels of payment for letter stuffing $10 any envelope, I have always been suspicious of things too good to be true, so I was sceptical to begin with, after reading the letter to its entirety, Several issues stood out:

There is only a mailing address, no phone, no fax, no web address, just an address to send pmt to.

The mailing address is for NY, NY but the postmark is PA.

Contradictory phrases (i.e. send mail straight from your home, and just send the filled envelops back to us after you have completed your asignment.

The offered pay is so outrageously lucretive that there is no way that a company could proffit paying this amount of money for some letters to be sent.

After doing research, I and finding no online information about the company, then I search the address for the pmt to be sent to and it comes back as a virtual business hub, "Regus" of course I know that they can not be blamed they are as much a victim as any one else that is drawn in by these individuals.

I call a corporate number that I found on the website and they gave me the local Manhattan number for the business hub that is being used. I call them and they say that they have no contact information in which to reach this company, which I do believe that this is a bit rediculous that they can say that they do in fact have a business relationship. But they either do not have information on the company which should be a huge red flag that a company gives you no way of contacting them, or that they cant give out something as simple as a contact number. Until the laws change that force companies to know who it is that they are dealing with and to be more friendly to those seeking information on such a company can get it without a court order then there is not much that can be done about that now.

The one thing that upsets me so much about these scam and con artists is that there isnt much help for you most officers that you talk to after you get scammed take your statement but the only follow up or action that seems to be taken is that they inform you "maybe you should have done more research."

However I did not actually send Mason Grace Enterprises any money due to the fact that it seemed fishy all the way around, so I can not actually say that they are in fact running a scam, but from the information that I have collected, I see no other explanaton. But all that I can do is present my information forward and hope that it saves someone else from being drawn in by these predators.

do the math

There is no product to sell, just more letters advertising the scheme. The payment promises (per letter) are violated by the "company's" literature itself, wherein only answered letters are paid. Without a product to sell, this is clearly a Ponzi scheme, where only a few at the top benefit, while the remainder of the group support the top. I received two solicitations, one for $10 per letter, and one for $20. Why the change?

The address label was filled with misspellings: a certain clue that it is a scam. If they sell no product, how do they generate revenue to pay for the mailings? Answer: from those attracted further down the chain, which guarantees this is a scheme, not a business.

Response to "You're a Moron" reply post below

Are you saying that we have to provide the mailing list? You see the railing list is generated based on information we provide. How does that make sense?

Who your user and the cases and we will believe you.

Youre a moron

I use the program successfully. YOU ARE LOOKING AT TWO DIFFERENT PROGRAMS! The $10 is the mailer program, the $20 is the booklet program. LEARN TO READ.

The address label comment is so stupid. Not ONE of my labels is spelled wrong. Those labels arent created by Mason. They are acquired from info YOU provided. Ever heard of a mailing list? Where do you think mailing list info comes from?

Look at the endless positive reviews. ONLY non users complain. Every actual user loves it

First an initial letter is sent about work from home stuffing envelopes. I read the entire letter, and it has you convinced that you will only make money based on the number of envelopes that you stuff. It is not until you receive the package that they provided another letter in the box with the material stating that you are selling the opportunities. Well, this would have been good to inform on the main letter that I received initially in the mailbox. When the box of materials is received, a letter with highlights inform you that you are only paid based on the responses of the envelopes. The material that you receive is pretty much no different whether it is letters or booklets. You are pretty much running their scam for them regardless of whether you really get paid or not. All they are waiting for is the responses for them to get paid. They continue sending emails to your inbox that are hostile or annoying until they do not provide you with the refund. They have fun with their schemes sending emails in the middle of the night. They also have fun with their threats and bad comments. All I want is my money back because 99.00 is not a small amount of money. I still want my money back. I actually thought that I would have an extra job for a business on the side temporarily helping them out, but this was not what it was.

Please be aware that ZERO revenue has been received from Mason Grace Enterprises even though we paid them $139 for came quickly and letters were mailed out the same day in early August. Under their Guaranteed Contract we have requested a refund of this amount and a further $49 postage on the mailed items.

We believe that Mason Grace is a SCAM company but will withdraw this Ripoff Notice if we get a refund.

Total SCAM

This company deserves zero stars. Letter stuffing is a total scam. This company's maiming address per Google Maps is blocks from a labor pool that could do the envelope stuffing for them at a much lower cost - a community college. The only positive responses are from people who insist you have to buy the product for which you will never get a refund. Common sense classifies this as a total fraud.

These "Positive" Reviews

October 2, 2014 9:00pm (Mountain)

Tisk, Tisk, Tisk...I have never heard of anyone with a positive experience bashing someone that feels something is a scam. That is their opinion based on their experience and/or their research. This Mason Grace Representative does not even do a good job of a fake "positive" reviews. If he/she was actually an individual making money why do they care what everyone else thinks, unless they just have to have the last word just in case it may put a glimmer of doubt in some ones mind. That was my red flag. Watch, he/she will respond to my review calling me a moron or something and telling me "how do you know if you haven't tried it?"....Most people that have legit (legal) positive experiences especially when it comes to making easy money they want to help others not call them "morons" and "idiots". HAHAHAHAHAHA.....

Interesting to note......

It is so hilarious as I set here and read about this guy Richard (or whoever he is!) The scam is so obvious that you really have to be retarded not to see it. If you send money to anyone that promises you easy money such as this, well, you deserve it!

Take note of two little things that stand out like a booger perched on the end of your nose.......

First, It's really funny how Richard (or whoever he is), when he writes all of these favorable comments (and it is he who is writing them), always gives himself five stars! Just thought that you might get a chuckle out of the simplicity of his mind. And how do I know his mind is simple you ask? Well, that brings me to my second booger observation.......

When I surfed his website, I had not expected to laugh so hard that I nearly pissed myself, but when I landed on his terms, privacy etc., I found the definition of simple. Never have I seen a "supposed legal document" that could have been written better by a five year old and would have made more sense with less space used, than this! I laughed so hard as I read this over bloviated heap of shit mixed with cottage cheese, that I had to stop and catch a breath, just to start up again and repeat. This guy, I promise you, could not have finished the sixth grade! What a bunch of third grade work! If that doesn't spell scam, then cows don't shit!

I hope the authorities find this guy, because I want to see what stupid looks like. Oh, and by the way......that money won't buy Richard (or whoever he is) a pass when Bubba make him his BITCH! Enjoy while you can buddy!

Read the terms and conditions. If you send out the product you cannot get a refund as you have no product to return. This company claims that they have had zero customer complaints. However, when checking with this company on the Better Business Bureau website, there are 19 complaints listed and they have been given an F rating.

They claim that you can contact them or set up an appointment to come in to talk to them. The phone number they give is only a recording with no option for leaving a message. So, who are consumers supposed to be setting up this fictitious appointment with. They claim that you will be turned away from there offices if you do not have an appointment ahead of time. Again, there is no number to call to set up an appointment. The form for contacting on-line is for ordering their information. Additionally, there is no actual office. There is a physical address, but if you investigate that physical address in Manhattan, it is virtual office space; mailboxes, web addresses, etc.

Why hasn't this company been shut down yet, is what I wonder.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this! You do not get paid for stuffing envelopes. They send you the materials, yes, but you have to pay up front for all of the postage for these mailers and you only get paid when someone returns one of the mailers you send out, to the Mason Enterprises company, with their check for the service. You are only reimbursed for the postage on the same principal; only when someone returns the mailer you sent out to Mason Enterprises with their own payment to the company will you get your postage back for that mailer.

I signed up for the $99 dollar income group, which the fee was $99.00. I would receive 49 letters, 49 envelopes, 49 labels, and 49 stamps to make 499 per week. The first letter said i was to make 20.00 per letter mailed. I even sent in a letter stating i didn't like sending in money first unless it was not a scam. They replied with another letter saying the same thing except the price changed from 20 per letter. to 10 per letter. My package arrived nearly 4 weeks later, with 10 labels, 10 envelopes, and 10 2 sided letters, no stamps.

I was to make copies of the letters after i mailed out the letters i was supposed to order some booklets at a cheaper price and hold for my orders to come in. None of this was mentioned in the letters for joining. I have called and got the same recording saying to email. The email address is not a normal email i had to find another way to send to thier web site and i have not gotten a response it have been two weeks going on three. I lost my vehicle and my employment in the same day a month and a half ago. Theese people need to be stopped and refund us our money.

Legitimate? I don't think so

I received my letter today and thought I would check out the company to see if it is legitimate or not. A legitimate company would have what they are selling plastered all over their website. A legitimate company would use a machine to stuff envelopes. It can be a fully automated process much faster than doing it by hand. About the so-called positive reviews; How many employees typically go on websites to emphatically defend their employers? I don't know of one. Legitimate companies don't need defending by their employees. The only thing I could find that is legitimate is the desire of so many people to earn a living. Best of luck to all of you!

Do NOT give Richard your hard-earned money!

The United States Post Service has publicly stated no one has ever earned money in any envelope stuffing scheme (except the the person behind the scheme). If you send in your money, you will be out whatever amount you sent! No one would pay random people to stuff envelopes. If this jokester had that many envelopes that needed stuffing, he could get a couple temps and pay them minimum wage to do it OR he could invest in an envelope stuffing device that can stuff hundreds per minute. The so-called address for this company is a "virtual office". There is no actual staff there. Companies use these virtual offices to make it look like they have a physical location, when in reality they are at home and only leave to go check their mailbox to see what latest morons have sent them money. Don't be fooled by thoughts of quick and easy money, there is no such thing. There is no product here (which goes against USPS rules). They are simply trying to get people to circulate brochures in hopes they will fall for the same scheme you did. And they want YOU to pay for it! Report to the IRS, FBI, your BBB and theirs in NY. Report to the FTC. Report to your local news media. Post here and everywhere you can think of, to get the message out. Make sure to report them to your Attorney General's Office as well as theirs in the State of NY. File a police report for fraud. Contact your district attorney's office. WARN all your friends, family and co-workers!

There is obviosuly not one real review here

I have used Mason Grace's programs for a while now. I have had nothing but a positive experience and am in the midst of expanding my operation with them. It is really clear that these other reviews are total BS and I can prove it

Look at these people stating they received a package they ordered from Mason. Then they say they never mailed the letters. Well, how the heck do you expect to get paid if you do not mail the letters? Moreover, how do you have the credentials to post a review if you didnt use it?

Another one calls this a chain letter. What an idiot you are. Obviously you have NO idea what a chain letter even IS. Mason Grace offers actual end products, there are NO chain letters with them.whatsoever

Another one states she mailed her letters two weeks ago and hasnt been paid. Why dont you reveal your full name and address so we can verify that with the company? The reason you wont is simple. This page is all fake reviews

I use it. I make money with it and Im totally satisfied with Mason Grace

You cannot listen to nonsense like the other people on this page have posted

If the car is a Yugo.......

If the car you are buying is a Yugo, you are smart to read on line reviews and decide not to persue buying one. Mason Grace is a Yugo. It's totally smart to read opinions of people who have nothing to gain in you not buying a product. A lot of the negative reviews here list valid concerns that are not addressed. Read the Mason Grace Enterprises web site. The spend a lot of words telling you nothing about the program. They tell you not to trust BBB ratings because of fraudulent activity by the BBB and that the government is investigating that activity. Go to the Federal Trade Commission website. That site tells readers to report scams to the FTC and to the BBB. Victims need to report MGE to the BBB, the FTC and to the NY Attorney Genel and to their own state's Attorney General.

It's a scam and they will get caught.

One of the oldest scams in American history is resurfacing again, according to the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Department.

Spokesman Dick Blust says the envelope stuffing scam, which dates back to at least the Great Depression, is getting new life in the computer age. He says prospective victims are e-mailed or contacted by conventional mail and told they could earn $5.00 TO $10.00 per envelope they stuff, and can work from the comfort of their home. They are also told they could earn several thousand dollars a week.

The victim is told they can start work once they py a fee off $299 for a “one time computer processing fee”, which will supposedly be returned later. However, once the fee is paid the victim never hears anything more, and the money is not returned.

Blust says the latest version of the scam involves an organization calling itself ”Mason Grace Enterprises of New York”. He says the organization has received warnings from the Better Business Bureau and the Business Consumer Alliance, but apparently the scam is continuing.

Blust says people should be very wary of any offer to work at home, regardless of how they receive it.

F Rating with the BBB

In early June 2014, consumers began complaining to Metro NY BBB about mailed solicitations they received from Mason Grace Enterprises (Mason Grace) offering work-at-home opportunities. Mason Grace mails solicitations to individuals with attractive income opportunities. The application form invites consumers to order the Mason Grace envelope-stuffing materials in various amounts, with labels such as “Income Group #1 (Earn $490).” The highest income group offer lures people with “Earn $5,000.” Although the claims in the mailer sound as though the consumer will get paid for stuffing envelopes, in fact, the consumer only gets paid for the letters mailed back to Mason Grace in response to the letters the consumer sends out. In addition, consumers are not reimbursed for the materials or postage unless Mason Grace receives response letters back.

Metro NY BBB believes much of the Mason Grace mailer is deceptive or misleading:

• The mailer says consumers “have nothing to lose” and that there is “FREE POSTAGE.” This could mislead consumers because they must stay with the program and be successful enough to receive nine (9) paychecks to be eligible for reimbursement of the money they laid out for the materials and postage.

• It also says, “All you have to do is stuff the envelopes that we send you with the letters that we send you, and then mail them out so that you can receive your pay check.” It does not mention that the consumer must pay for postage out-of-pocket or that the mailed letters must be returned to Mason Grace in order to receive compensation or reimbursement for expenses.

• The mailer states there is a “Money Back Guarantee,” but this is no guarantee, because although it says that the initial fee will be refunded and expenses reimbursed with “every 9th paycheck,” the paycheck only comes if response letters are returned to Mason Grace.

In several of its responses to complaints filed with BBB from consumers seeking refunds, Mason Grace cites the terms and conditions on its website at (http://www.masongraceenterprises.com/) as the reason for the refusal to refund consumers. These terms are complicated, convoluted, and appear to make it unlikely that a consumer will be able to obtain a refund. In addition, the terms and conditions for terminations and refunds published on the website are contained in a section titled “Business Opportunity Rule” and located in the middle of a 6,000-word document. In the same section is Mason Grace’s statement that results are not guaranteed, and that “it is possible to achieve no results even if method is implemented correctly.”

Mason Grace claims to be located at 100 Church Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY, 10007. Mason Grace Enterprises is not registered as an active entity with the New York Department of State Division of Corporations. The domain for the website at is privately registered with GoDaddy as of June 18, 2014, for a one year period. Metro NY BBB has reached out to this company on multiple occasions to obtain additional background information about the business. Mason Grace has not responded to those requests. In addition, BBB sent several inquiries about the potentially deceptive and misleading advertising in the mailing offers. The first notice about the advertising concerns sent to Mason Grace was acknowledged by Richard Charlton, Director, but his response failed to provide clarification or substantiation of issues. To date, Metro NY BBB has not received a response from the company to the second notice sent to Mason Grace.

It is definitely a SCAM...DO NOT SEND THIS CREEP ANY MONEY

I received a letter from them today and knew immediately it was a scam! A legitimate company would NEVER require you to pay for the materials you are mailing for them. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. There is a special place in hell for creeps like this!!! Save your money!!!

Very solid company & products

I made the right choice and chose to listen to the positive remarks as they were clearly from real users, not just typical internet jabberjaws. As with the other actual users on here,. Ive had a positive experience with the company. if you read what they send you, keep in touch with them when needed and treat the business as it deserves, the rewards can be unlimited

Mason Grace is more than ok in my book

Oh Do Tell! What Are Their "Products"?!

Tell us! Because there are A LOT of people around the 50 states (and probably some poor saps in Canada as well) and A LOT of government / business / news organizations that would like to know: WHAT THE <BLEEP> ARE THEIR PRODUCTS EXACTLY!

You are a worthless piece of sh*t spreading this garbage around! SHAME ON YOU!

I got a letter

I was tempted, because I have no job and everything to gain, ( the same situation/senerio) of everyones phrases of these type of decision making points. Anyways, look, reviewed reviews, and well I'm still not sure because of the post of I gotta pay for the mailing postage fees, when I thought they would pay it. I haven't called them yet. It's in a office space with tons of people that reside to do there business. I just dont know .

Not a Real Physical Location

Their claimed address, 100 Church Street, 8th Floor, NY, NY is not a real physical address. It's a "virtual office" that people can rent, to make it appear they have an actual physical location staffed with people. THEY DO NOT. The whole envelop stuffing scam dates back to the 1920's during the Great Depression.

Mason Grace is being heavily investigated by the NY BBB, so PLEASE make your complaints with them, as well as other agencies. Several news agencies have attempted to speak to someone from Mason Grace and they refuse. This place won't last much longer. The people behind it belong behind bars.

Not sure of this

I am not sure of this and getting mails to follow their instructions seems like they want you to send mails to others peoples and if they send the mails to the company they will pay you $10 for doing that and I am guessing if they don't you don't get pay but really I rather use wakeupnow rather than this junk. I don't mind talking to people rather they mailing out envelopes, that's too much to waste on and with risk of losing money I would say but I am not sure of this even though I have read some of the review but I guarentee that you can make money on wakeupnow better than this company, just use my refeeral link and join but watch the videos on the website and on youtube. You will be happy you did. cvsnowy.wakeupnow.com
