We had a done deal over the phone with financing pre arranged. We made it clear not to pull our credit because we are refinancing our home and did not want any inquirys. When we got into the Finance Dept the Manager Chris Fitter told us that due to the vehicle and amount our bank jumped our rate and he will save us 2% by going through Bank of America.
We agreed only to find out later that day he had lied to us and we were now paying 1.5% above the pre approved amount. When I called the GM he told me that Mr Fitter was mistaken and our rate never jumped but it was too late the title and funding had already happened.
This dealership is commiting fraud and the people running it know and look the other way.
