A company with on integrity

The company have not been loyal to there commitment, I have been with this for about a year and for the most part you can make a lot of money but its time to withdraw you investment they give you the run around and deny your withdrawal request after 12 days and they will keep on doing this not want you to withdraw your money. sometime they will tell you software failure and they are working on it, other time they will tell you a lot of people are withdrawing at the same time and even other time don't response to you. I have NO respect for this company and will not tell anyone to use them at all. they have NO INTEGRITY NONE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY

I received a message in my mail box a few weeks ago and the sender asked me to watch a video that was attached. I usually delete such unsolicited material but something about this made me curious so I watched the lengthy video and was intrigued. It was about Binary Options Trade. I have dabbled in this trade before and lost money, but this program was different in that this software in the video (Auto Money App) uses some algorithms to pin point the direction of the trade and executes the trade for you and according to them you win almost every time. I have heard about Apps like these so I decided to give this a try, after all nothing ventured nothing gained.

I followed the instructions by choosing one of two brokerage firms presented -

Master Option/ Binary Options Masters, BBM Services Provider Ltd, 1A Arcade House, Temple Fortune, London NW11 7TL tel. 16478461947

As soon as I registered with this company my phone rang and it was a woman from this company calling to complete my application. I was asked to deposit money to start trading and I decided to deposit U$300 which is the minimum required from my credit card. She asked me to call the credit card company (Master Card) to let them know I had authorized this transaction, which I did and the money was taken.

As soon as the registration was completed I received a message from the Auto Money App group asking me to register at the membership site and to select a minimum of four more Binary Brokers and deposit a minimum of U$250 in each account. This came as a shock to me because nowhere in the two videos did they mention multiple broker accounts. I sent them a message asking why they conveniently left this out of the videos until money had already changed hands and never received a reply.

This is when I realized I should have done a little digging before parting with my money. I typed Auto Money App in Google and was surprised to learn that the people in the video are actors, the television station involved does not exist. I did not think a television station in Nebraska would risk their reputation by involving themselves in a scam like this but apparently the whole thing was staged.

I contacted Master Option the very next day, March 18th to tell them I changed my mind and that the money should be put back in my account. They did not respond so I sent a second message the next day and still no response. I waited about ten days and sent them another message, this time not by email but through their Contact US and again nothing. On April 1 I logged into the account and sent them a withdrawal request. On April 4 I received a phone call from a man saying he had received my withdrawal request but would like me to consider staying in the program which I absolutely declined and he hung abruptly before I could ask when I would get the money.

As of today, April 26, 2015, the account is still open and the balance is still $300 plus a $75 bonus the offered.

I am not sure why any reputable company would behave this way, especially when word can be spread very quickly on social media to ruin a business. I don't know why they feel entitled to my money since no service has been rendered.

I am a bit confused. In step 2 of the video I was presented with two brokerage firms and asked to pick one which I did (Master Option.

I registered with them and deposited $300 that they asked for. I thought that was it.

The video did not mention anything about another registration on the AMA members site and choosing four brokers and depositing $250

in each account. Why was this part left out as I don't have any more money to deposit? What do I do with the account already set up?
