Avoid Trinity Health products... I was sucked into buying Garcinia Gambogia with what I thought was a 30 day trial. I took the bait and found out just today it was a 14 day trial and was billed 78.63 for one bottle of Garcinia and 74.86 for colon cleanse !!!!!! Then I looked at my bank statement and saw on April 14th, I was billed another 78.63 for a product I received 2 weeks later (April 28) that I DID NOT ORDER. AND then I see on the 21st of April I was billed another 74.86 for product that I didn't order but is ""on its way"".
I was on the phone with ""customer service"" for 35 minutes with a young woman who was difficult to understand and I had to wait forever to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor said that when I first ordered the product, it registered me as a regular customer !! To make a long story shorter, the supervisor gave me a return authorization and said to send back the original bottles for a 50% refund. And when the other bottle arrives, send it back for a full refund.
I think this is s shady operation and when I googled Trinity Health I saw a long story about people in Culver City CA who are HIGHLY suspicious, perhaps even sending placebos or WORSE ...maybe some illegal activities as well.
VERY upset with this deal... I think the BBB should get after them OR perhaps legal action!

I had a $49.95 charge to them, showed up as the same thing everyone else has posted on my bank statement. Called, got the voice saying customer service with no identification of the company. Had a lady with either a latin american or Indian accent look up the order, and she said I ordered it online on one of their web sites, a Max Trimming Formula "subscription." What's interesting is I had talked to my bank and they told me the order showed up as being done on the phone, not a web site. I told her I did not order that and please refund my money immediately, and she said here is the confirmation #. I said I don't care what numbers you have, I DID NOT ORDER THIS, THIS IS A FRAUD, AND REFUND MY MONEY NOW OR I WILL FILE CHARGE AGAINST YOU. She again tried to tell me, well here is the confirmation number, so I asked her, OK, what email address do you have for the receipt? She paused, gave me an email address that was not mine, I told her, that is NOT my email address, this is fraud, and if you don't refund my money in the next few minutes I will hang up and call the police and the attorney general for the state in which you are doing business. She paused and said, OK. Then she took a minute and said, OK, your subscription is canceled, you will receive no more charges. I told her "ONE LAST TIME - YOU HAVE DEFRAUDED ME. I WANT MY $49.95 REFUNDED NOW OR I HANG UP AND FILE CHARGES WITHIN THE NEXT 3 MINUTES." She said let me talk to billing, put me on hold, then came back and - this would be hilarious if it wasn't so outrageous - she said "Would you like a free bottle to try?" I said no, and I'm done talking. She quickly said, OK, billing said THIS ONE TIME ONLY (as if they were doing me a favor) they will issue a refund on my card, and gave me a refund confirmation number. She said it will take 7 to 10 business days. I'll wait and see if it comes. After 10 days, whether it comes or not, I'll cancel my card - this is what bugs me, how did they get my card? We changed cards after we got caught in the Target fiasco. I will also file reports with the attorney general and anyone else I find whether i get the refund or not.

Contacted credit card billing disputes and notified them of the fraudulent charge, disputed the charge, and closed the account. They told me the company showed that they shipped "dietary supplements" to my home mailing address, but I never ordered or received anything. I had never even heard of the company until I called to dispute the fraudulent charge. Scary that they got my account number and address on an account I had not used since 6/4/14. The card was at my house, not lost or stolen physically. Lesson learned - MONITOR YOUR ACCOUNTS REGULARLY!
The Charge on my account came up as MAXTF18882034435 so I called the number 1-888-203-4435 and waited on hold for about 10 minutes while I was making breakfast, the call waiting never once said the name of any company and when the guy answered he also never said the name of a company even after I asked him what company I was calling. After I told him that I wouldn't give him any information he said that they "do health products". Hope this helps someone I called my bank and canceled my card.

I asked for their address and Emily there gave me an address to a coffee health food shop, which the last word in the company is Max. If you look up this company with the BBB of Western Florida you will find they have an F- score and a fraud alert placed on their BBB record. Local police don't care, I tried the sheriff and they blew me off. I filed a police report and my bank is pursuing other avenues with these folks.

Tried calling the number, was on hold for 45 minutes..contacted my bank about disputing the vharges. Has anyone heard from any type of law enforcement about their dispute??
A charge from July 2, 2014, and posted July 6, was associated with the number 8882034435, and the name "Max Trimming Formula", supposedly from Santa Ana, California. Well, we live about 2000 miles away... and we didn't order anything from them online.
This is a scam. I do not believe in weight loss products and did not place this order. I do not know how these people got my information. The address on their website is in Grandville Mi. so I called the Grandville Police to ask about that address and was told there is a row of mail boxes set up at that address to scam people. My local police department said it doesn't matter how careful you are these scammers will hack into big companies like Target and get thousands of peoples information at once. So cancel your cards and watch your accounts closely.

My card was charged on July 5 and i definitely did not authorize the transaction . I have canceled my card and filed a claim. I will also be filing a police report, i would recommend everyone else do the same. it might not be much for each transaction but my guess is they are doing this to several hundred people. She contacted the company and spoke to someone who is supposed to cancel the order and refund her back her money...Please be aware of this place never heard of them but they are getting information from somewhere or somebody!

All of the sudden, today, I received a product I never ordered. I will be returning the product to sender tomorrow morning first thing.
