First encounter I ever had with this company was a charge on my card that I have never seen. The only information it had was 8882034435MAXTRIMF 888-2034435 CA 92704 US
I called the number and the man on the phone said he would offer me an extra bottle not to cancel my subscription. I said "An extra bottle of something I have never heard of and have NO interest in? NO!"
So I filed a complaint with my bank, we will see what happens. SOOO beyond angry. The guy on the phone was not at all helpful and I don't think he understood English at all because he could not understand at all that I had not made the purchase, and kept trying to offer me more. Either he did not speak English or he knew full well it was a fraud and was used to the calls from angry consumers.
I ordered my trial on 6/11 & not allowing for shipping, they charged my card on 6/29. After not being able to locate my account at the number listed on the website, I called the phone# on my bank statement. The same girl was able to find me and after expressing my frustration, she offered a 50% refund on the total which has yet to be returned to me.

I called the same number as everyone else 8882034435 and they said they would deposit my money back. As of yesterday I still haven't received my money! Called them every week and they kept saying to wait a few more days. This week when i tried to call guess what???? I cant get through due to "high Volume" of calls!! Imagine that! I contacted my bank this morning and they are going to file a dispute with this company!! My money will be put back into account is the next 3-5 days! Don't bother calling this number it will get you nowhere- let your bank handle these CROOKS! It will save you from the headache and frustration!
