Anderson uses this to put himself in a postition of trusted mentor to young impressionable, naive yet driven individuals, who he encourages to join the US military (from which Anderson was removed for failure to meet standards) Anderson then attempts to engage these individuals as partners in rental properties, where in thier abesence anderson manages the properties, effectively embezzling the incomes from these, and hides the income and tax liabilty putting that on the unsuspecting partner(s) eventually letting th property note default once the partner can no longer support andersons embezzlement. Typically Anderson or his wife then purchase the property in defualt or distress for a fraction of its actual value, then begin the process again.
