In the summer of 2013 put $5000.00 down for mitchell tarter to file suit against ocwen loan he never filed never even talked to him but one time 1 year later when he told me he was and alchaholic i told him i want my money back still aint got it back filed a complaint with the new york bar i guess it gotta come out of the lawyers fund keep calling them they tell me theres gotta be a hearing dont think i will ever get my money back they tell me theres no money in the lawyers fund i guess me being from ohio they dont give a s* i cant believe he can get away with this this has really put alot of stress on me and my family
