We are searching for a partner/financier for our highrise building. I was contacted by these folks who wanted ‘upfront’ money ($516,000.00) to ‘guarantee’ me a loan. During our phone call on 4/7/15; we asked for an ‘attorney escrow’ to hold any funds we deposit until due diligence is completed. ‘Zerg’ (his alleged name) then got upset and terminated the call abruptly. I sent and Email asking for his banking coordinates to wire the $516,000. He sent the Email below for an account in Paris.
He gave us this info to call him ‘directly’:

The phone number is for Switzerland not Hong Kong.

Let me explain why I believe they are a fraud
1. The document is sent in word doc not PDF
2. MCC international investment is not listed as part MCC holding companies
3. Medley capital does not own them.
4. Google search show it as a scam.

From what he is discovering:
The phone numbers do NOT match their location.
The company is apparently NOT part of Medley.
Online searches indicate a scam company.
