I found MDG online while searching for computer financing for bad credit and thought it would be a great opportunity to purchase a computer for myself since my credit wasn't the greatest.

When I made my purchse the original price was around 1479 but their offer price was $1100 with the opportunity to recieve a free 8" tablet so I proceeded with the application and ordered it online. After being contacted by MDG to complete the payemnt set up and the contract I didn't review what it actually said: WHY YOU ASK, because I figured it was all ready the correct one since "I" completed the application process online and all the information should have STAYED the same. I Know now that I should have and will always RUN a check on a company for their integrity throug Google by typing in the company name adding the words "review from consumers". When I recieved my computer and invoice the computer said $1400.

..... I contacted MDG and they said in my contract it showed $1400 dollars and the purchase price and I signed that agreement. Well when you do your purchase online and think you are buying your computer at the "OFFERED PRICE" you actually ARE NOT. They sell you the computer at the original price and then they tell you that you signed the contract!!

I have fought with them for several months now and they WILL NOT change the price to the offered price that I saw when I completed the application online. I am pist and I am about to NOT PAY THEM A DIME continuing with my bad credit. They are a fraudulent company when it comes to the advertised purchase price and will still sell you the computer at the original price. I have been thinking about filing for bankruptcy and adding in MDG for sure!! My credit is already bad and I though this would have been a great way to begin to re-establish some good credit, HOWEVER, I am NOT about to get ripped off just because I have bad credit and working at trying to fix it for myself through a LIEING, DECIETFUL, DISRESPECTFUL company.

About four weeks ago, I ordered a computer from MDG. After a whole big interview, they said I would have to make a payment first. I gave them all my banking info and after about two weeks, I finally received my ASUS Laptop computer. It looked new, but did not have the plastic wrap around it on the computer screen or on the keyboard. It was not a great looking computer,but it looked like it would work. MDG said it would cost me $900 total. When I turned the computer on, I immediately did not like windows 8 and the technician at tech support told me that I would have to download updates in order to upgrade to windows 8.1.

After downloading 97 updates, the computer reverted the updates back. Tech support did NOT KNOW HOW to help me and I even tried setting the computer back to factory settings. After doing this all day, I finally told them I was sending the junk back. After two weeks of not hearing a word from MDG, I decided to call them today. The bad customer support I got was unbelievable. she said that the manager sent me an email today, stating that they were out of the computer , I just sent back. I checked all my emails even the spam folder and found no email from the manager. She lied! She said: "I will send the email, again."

When I read the email from the manager Josh Hunter, he stated that they did not have any more of the ASUS Laptop computer( the one I sent back) Josh also said that he would, with my approval, send me an ACER V5-573P laptop instead for the same price of $900!!! MDG THINKS WE ARE STUPID! I worked for a call center about seven years ago and that was all they used was ACER computers! ASUS, came later on. In other words, he wanted to downgrade me for the same price I was going to pay for the ASUS! The other idiot at customer service said they do not downgrade. BS! I am calling MDG and cancelling everything and putting a stop on the checks I already sent them! DO NOT BUY FROM MDG!

I recently ordered a tv through them. Experience was good. Hvane not got the tv yet though. I think people need to understand what they are offering before they talk bad. It is a fianace company just like anyone else. I have rented from places like Rent A Center and aarons and this process is no different. One thng that is differnt is the price. I find the payments lower than what the other places charge.
