Restraining order received in mail,may 2015. Never said whom money was owed to. Called Mel Harris,county sheriff and no one can tell me who. This judgement is for.this suppose to be a debt from 2006, in syracuse,n.y. with calls made and leaving messages, no response. Just a sheriff garnishment. Can't understand why I cannot be aware of the supposed company I owe. I am not aware of any transaction in that amount.
