This horrible, thoughtless website shut down my deceased daughters website after I paid the forever fee of $94.00. This happened in 3/15. I have tried to contact them to no avail. The "support team" doesn't repsond to my emails, which is the ONLY way to get ahold of these people. No number, no address, nothing. Just a lame promise to respond within 48 hours. This is so frustrating and hurtful. My daughters website is full of memories and feelings that I hold close to my heart. Someone is still behind the scenes as people are joining everyday, paying them more money that they are stashing in their pockets and not holding up their end of the deal. I pray we can get enough people together to go after these people.
