I cancelled my services and they are still deducting from my account! $891.29 one month and $497.76 the next month, no help from the call center or help line. Their address maybe in the US, but calls are answered in the Dominican Republic.
They will not give out the registered agent name and address. Seem to know that information is what i need to sue them! In the US they are required to give out the registered agent information. I guess if the phone is answered in the DR the legal requirements are different.
New company is personal and less than half of the old company. And the address and the people on the phone are all in the US.
