First engines and transmissions had a trans listed that I needed and I called and they told me they would have it out and sent to my location in Florida by the following week and I would recieve it on Tuesday .Tuesday came and I called at 2pm est to get an eta and was told the transmission was shipped but that it was delayed because of a shipping error and that it would be the next Tuesday. Michelle who is in charge of shipping and billing said I would get my shipping cost back credited to my credit card. The next Tuesday comes and I spent all day attempting to get an eta as I had not received a call from first engines again. Well Mike got on the phone and told me they messed up and he rebuilt a trans for me and he would call and find out when I would get it.. I finally called back as he did not call me again and he said it would be here in Thursday for site. Here is Thursday and it is 30 minutes to closing and no trans and no one will answer the phone. Mike finally answered and he refuses to give me the name of the trucking company and said he will have the owner of first engines mr owens call me..
