DENNIS KHANNA is taking us to court to try and take our home, he "made" us go to HIS lawyer, and we bought a home from him, and he got us a mortgage with Home Trust, this was July 2012, then in Aug 2013, we found out he placed a 2nd mortgage on our home!! we had no idea, he was supposed to put a certain amount down on the home, My mothers equity was more then enough.
He didn't he put down "all" her money, and charged above and beyond, and then sent docs to our previous lawyer "who we were more then happy with before he made us change and go to his lawyer" showing papers with our names signed on them. We DID NOT agree to any mortgage with this man!! He put the mortgage in his wifes name "VEERU KANTOOR" He did not let us get independent legal advice. My mother was only 110 ibs and since then is 89 lbs and having a breakdown, she was recently in the hospital with pneumonia, because her immunity is so low. Any help with this would be most appreciated! thank you!

Fe has forged docs and we did not hear from him for well over a year. he had no agreement with my mother nor I There is a motion for April 15th on thr rule of default! but we have never had a mortgage with this man!!
