Mex Cell advertised on Craigslist that they were sellin NEW iPads. I contacted them to purchase. THeur iffer is buy 2 you get $100 discount, buy 4 you get one free.
I purchased through PayPal. Mex Cell did not send the product. This is confirmed by FedEx. They do not answer their phone and screen all calls.
Paypal has been in dispute with them for months over this.
