Dovenmuehl Mtg forced flood ins on my property with a 5000 dollar premium when the balance was only 11000 the last payment that was sent when the payment was 100 prox was cashed and the they sent a check from the dovenmuehle to refund the money. They raised the monthley payment the next month to 628.96. I was in the midddle of a reverse mtg refi and could not get flood ins and they refused to tell me the name of the ins co so I could get the reverse mtg. This has been going on for over a year and I have finally gotten the Mtg to the point that it might close. They have given me a payoff now of 23000 when less than a year ago it was 11,000. I have tried many times to negotiate with to no avail. If you are getting a Mtg and any of these Co are involved run for your life the are a bunch of low life scumbag social parisites. I have also tried to negotiate with the law firm of Feiwell and Hannoy and watch out for them as they are the attys that they have do their dirty work. I will be going to the lad society next in Ind.
