Watch out for this 2 con team. Julie and Michael are heartless. They use their own flesh and blood for financial gain within the sex offender community. Julie and Michael use the website Family Watchdog to seek out local pedophiles. She then trolls facebook to see if the sex offender is there. If he is there she chats with him, using photos of her youngest daughter "M" to entice the pedophile. Looks can be deceiving. Both con team look like everyday folks. They're both scumbags trying to pass as good people with that crap shack consignment store. The real money isn't coming from the store. She uses her child and blackmails the pedophile after the fact. Stating she will go to the police if he doesn't give X amount of dollars.

My son is a sex offender, and my wife and I are trying to keep him out of trouble. We made our son tell us what was going on when we noticed he couldn't pay his bills. To make a long story short, Julie and Michael were blackmailing our son. He was giving them hundreds of dollars each time they contacted him and not only that, there are 2 credit cards opened in Julies name. We immediately closed the credit cards.
When we went to our lawyer, he told us if we tried to press blackmail charges our son would be the one to suffer the most, for having contact with Julies child. Julie and Michael would only be investigated. Lawyer instructed us not to pursue the issue legally. We feel our son should be held accountable for the wrongs in his life and we are not proud. Julie and Michael are con men taking advantage of vulnerable people. If you are parents that have a troubled son/daughter, please be careful of this blackmailing team. I see everyone complaining about crafts being stolen by these two. That is small potatoes compared to what they are capable of. My son is not innocent by any means. But Julie/Michael will find your weakness and use it against you. We are just parents concerned for our son.
We connected with other victims on Facebook before Julie took her page down.They run that consignment store by scamming poor old ladies out of their crafts. I seen all these people complain about them being thieves- they are beyond that!! That's not even half of it. Many of these craft vendors have problems like us. If Julie and Michael want to be smart about what's really going on they shouldn't have stolen anything from the vendors, because now they brought attention to themselves which encouraged us to come forward. Julie and Michael seek out 3 types; old ladies to steal from, pedophiles, or other vulnerable.
You may judge us and our son, but unless you have walked in our shoes you have no right to. We are doing the best that we can with what God has given us. I wouldn't wish this life on anyone. I'm still trying to figure out the lesson God is trying to teach my wife and I. We have suffered enough. But our son is a victim too. He has a weakness and must be looked after at all times. I find it cruel that Julie/Michael would do this to a troubled man. Julie knew no one would have sympathy for a sex offender because the public sees them as monsters, that's why she seeks them out and befriends them at first. She's a master manipulator.
I told Julie that if she continued to scam our son we would have no choice but to get her for credit card fraud/blackmail regardless of the consequences to us. Our son simply cannot afford to keep giving them money. She left him alone for 1 week and then started threatening our son again. If she wants to go to the police about our son then have at it. But we have proof she is no innocent participant. What the public don't know is that the store is just a front for other scams they pull so you've been warned..
