Recently i have been charged 10.70 for for buying a game called R.B.I Baseball 2105, which i did not buy. I am understanding that microsoft has bought this game without any persmission from me or my debit card. I am one of many complaints going on right now about this..i will not tolerate it! I would like my refund

My xbox live account got permanently banned and they said I "Cheated" even though I did not. They also failed to provide proof and tell me exactly what I did. They also told me it is non-negotiable even though I know I did not cheat. I should have the right to defend my account that I spent my money and my time on which is 5 years. I hope to get in contact with them and keep trying untill I'm unbanned

I have a website ad the web address expunge55.com. The webhost is Inmotion Hosting where I tried to use a $75coupon for advertising with Bing Ads. It turned out to be a big mistake. There were problems getting the original adset to generate visitors to my site. It did however get me some good positions on certain search phrases and some impressions, but not real visitors. I made several changes to the adset in an effort to get better results.

After running only 1 day I got word that the further running of my ad was being halted for some type of further review. I was told by a Bing ads assistant that Bing objected to the fact that my website did not have a conspicuously displayed "privacy policy." I'm just a small business owner who is trying to market a small number of special purpose products some people could benefit from. I do not give anyone's information out to third parties. But that's not the issue.

It's not the proper place of Bing Ads or its parent Microsoft Corporation to try to run my business or make business decisions for me. It's not the proper place of Bing Ads to try to regulate the content of my website. PLEASE DON'T EVER USE BING ADS. These arrogant merchants will try to meddle with what's on your website where they have no business meddling.

Why do I need a new word processor at all. The current Microsoft version for a 32 bit enviroment does everything anyone could need for a standard word document. If I want to create something more complex than I will purchase the appropriat software. why force people to upgrade Microsoft Office to a version that is not a standalone or charge extra for the privacy I already have with the earlier version of Microsoft Office. This is pure explotive use of making word document incompatable with older version of word. I am pretty sure I will not continue with Microsoft when there are companies that provide a simpler version of word processors(ie for an inexpensive price.

I purchased Microsoft Office for Home and Business 2013. I was unable to load it to my computers and had to take them to a shop where there was a land line computer internet connection.

Microsoft is so cheap they don't sell you the disc anymore. They sell you a code and then you have to jump through their security hoops that keep you from "having your product". I spent over $200 for the software.

I spent 7 hours on the phone dealing with the mess Microsoft created. A Customer Service rep set up the Microsoft email account and due to that - I could not get into it and could not use the product and download it. The customer service is in India and they just spun me around for 7 hours. I was hung up on, disconnected and routed around from reps and supervisors. I was told I had to call back another day - they could not help me.

Microsoft really has gone downhill. They use to have great products and customer service.

I will avoid Microsoft products at all costs. What a nightmare! I hate Microsoft - they beat Charter Communications as the #1 worst Company in the WORLD!

Hello world,

I am sure that you have heard a thousand times never trust a customer service rep you cannot see in front of you. Well, that is very true. I purchased a Xbox one about 2 weeks ago and the very same day the unit crashed for no apparent reason. So I called the store where the unit was purchased and they stated they werent going to have anymore of that unit for a least another two months and I can always come back and check. I said well I will just send it back to Xbox to get it repair since I have warranty for a year on the unit. Contact them and bam got the unit set up to get to repaired. Paid the extra cost for expedited shipment although at first they said if I paid for the expedited shipment all I had to do was drop the console off. Well I also had to pay for them packaging the console another 20.00 dollars.(lie #1) Then the unit get there in two days. I didn't bother them for 2 days giving them time to work on the console and ship it back. Well 4 days goes down and I called them to ask where was my unit and has it been repaired. First guy I talked to said "You haven't received your tracking number yet?" I said no I haven't and keep in mind I keep my email address and account stored in my cellphone. So he said yep I see it and then the phone call ended without bye sir or anything. About 3 minutes later I get an email stating a tracking number from the repair center. So I tried to track knowing he was lying and it was just generated to hush me up. I tracked and no information provided for this tracking. Well I give it 2 more days and at that time the tracking number was saying the same thing. So I knew it was either a number to try to throw a fool off from bothering them or a false number provided because the unit was lost or stolen. Well at this time I am angry because they kept telling me it was definitely shipped out and the number hasn't generated yet. Sir or Mam....whenever fedex picks up anything or before they take anything in the back for sort or shipping they are going to scan the label to verify this unit is what it say it is and its going to where it say it is going. Then they tried to tell me it was just sitting in Fed Ex warehouse. No mame can 't get over on me like that you see I worked in shipping and receiving. So I gave him a chance to tell me exactly what was going on. I even told them okay if you guys haven't shipped it out yet it's okay. I would rather my console be sitting in there not repaired than them giving me a tracking number for the unit and the tracking number is not working. I told them I know that the repair center is not really apart of Microsoft and it just a repair center who has a contract to do repair for them. I told them if they don't get me some kind of infomation soon they will be getting a letter from a lawyer of a police will be sent to the address provided. I even know that the customer service reps are only paid contractors only also. I called Fed Ex again and lady looked to see if any shipment was sent out to my address and found that shipment was sent to addresses close to mine but it was not my address. Well lets just say they are aware of my number and have been avoiding my calls and emails. Do not purchase a XBox and think you will get good customer service from them. It will not happen.

I have bought an XBOX ONE console in a bundle with a game of my choice. The game never arrived. They keep telling me the customer service will solve this, but it never does.

It has been the worst online shopping experience ever. I have wasted hours trying to get a solution from them on their websites, but they never tell me when or if the game will arrive.

They are confusing, difficult to use and hard to understand.

In December 2012, I was given a new Lenovo Laptop Computer with an internal Microsoft 2010 activated software program on a Windows 7 operating system.

Now, a year later, Microsoft tells me that I must pay $40.00 to reactivate the Office 2010 software program with a ""product key"" or purchase for $99.00 the upgraded Office 2013 version. My incoming e-mails with Microsoft Word attachments will no longer open up until I do this.

They tell me that the initial Office 2010 activated software was only ""temporary"" and good for only 1 year.
