Mother passed away and left me a car with small balance owed on car.Mid-Atlantic told me to fax over death certificate and noterized letter of Heir ship an they would re-lease the title to me. now they are telling me to give them back the car or $2000.What can i do?
This is the worst company ever. the customer service people are rude and talk to you like you are trash. they do not accet debit opr credit cards and only take payments if its an actual checking acct. this loan was sold without telling me and i never wouldve accepted this because they are inconvenient. i have to pay 9 or 12 extra every time i make a payment. they shut their phone lines down early and arent open on the weekend. worst company ive ever dealt with hands down. considering letting them repo my car so i can be done with them.
