I purchased "traffic" last year from David Norberg from MobileAdCo. He never delivered the traffic and has not issued a refund. Only delays, delays and delays and takes no action. He passed me over to his "finance" department months ago and still no refund.
Then we searched online about company reputation and got lots of reviews. mobile ad co are scammer and did lots of fraud with other agencies.
