I've purchased this program to better my current situation(to make money online) since they had a 60-Day Guarantee. The first time I received the program, they made of mistake of welcoming as another name(other than mine). So I contacted them. At first, i received a response, they didn't even resolve this issue.
I had another rep contact me and was apologetic but nevered really solve the problem. I was also going through the program and it had a Trojan Horse virus that I made them aware of and I was told to ignore it. After a couple of days, my computer was infected and I not able to get into my computer since the virus. I reported this to the company and of course I didn't get a response, so i went ahead and requested a refund.
I did process a refund request and they said that it will be refunded within 2-21 days(Not Received). My other refund(first purchase) was denied because they had a 14-day guarantee(Before purchasing program, it mentioned the 60-Day Guarantee). Right now, I emailed Clickbetter.com to let them know that I will need my refund due to the issues and problems I had for more than a week.
To anybody else who fell for this mobile money scam where you were told a few clicks here and there and shown a video of people making money with just a few clicks. Go to the receipt email you got from Clickbank to request a refund. You have more of a chance on getting it. I have fallen for this scam and a few others as well. I am waiting on reply from Clickbank on this scam but have gotten refunds from others only after stopping the use of the scammers customer service and using Clickbanks. The agreement they signed to use Clickbank is piled with clauses that make them give better service or their account can be cancelled.
This company is a total ripoff! They ask you for a $20+ investment, stating that's all there is to invest. Later, you find out you are required to invest thousands more for advertising, website hosting, etc. Buyer beware! It sounds good, but it's a joke! I have given them their own transaction number and they are conveniently unable to locate it and to boot, they don't even know which of all their scamming companies, it belongs to. I hope someone goes to jail for scamming the public on this one!
