Momtchil Kaludkon Govedarov, the 54th street recycling, and his wife Karen Moreno, are a bunch of corrupt con artist. They Have scammed me out of $50,000.00. They presented me with a business plan lied to me for months about this so callled plan they wrote checks to pay me some money but they bounced. When I foud out that it was a scam the filed for a restraining order in an effort to silence me but it was quickly dropped the judge saw right through it. This man has been arrested for RAPE 2 COUNTS OF RAPE. He took 50 grand from me and lied he accused me of threatening his life he lied about his mother being in the hospital he is a terrible human being!
