We rented an apartment and were not shown the garage spot till after moving in . The lease states we are entitled to a parking spot. Th he spot we were given has a pole in it. It is 14 inches smaller than all the other spots. We can't fit either of our 2 vehicles in the spot. We were told too bad you should have looked before you signed the lease.
Again we were not shown the spot by their manager till after we were provide the lease We asked for a discount on the reental price , but were again tlod too bad. This company is unreasonable and deceptive.
