Here is the story of me getting duped out of $4775 for absolutely nothing in return..

We met Mopro at a trade show in the beginning of 2014. They did an excellent job SELLING us on their product and web services. We were excited. They offered a discount to be paid upfront however.. So we decided to do it. We paid them $4775 on 3/3/14. Fastest money I ever lost. We thought everything was going to be very easy.. after all, that was alot of what they sold us on was their expertise making everything simple for a business owner. We told them we liked our current website, but wanted them to make it mobile friendly.

They sent over the web design they put together and it was completely different. Featuring products we don't even install or sell. I wasn't worried however.. I revisited with them about what we were after.. They agreed to make the changes. That was about the last of it really.. We paid some phone tag.. I made a big push again at the start of 2015 to get something done to get us mobile friendly.. nothing.. I finally asked for our money back if we couldn't get anything done.

They reassured me it would get done.. then.. nothing. I started calling.. leaving messages. No one would call back. Then I decided enough was enough.. I asked for a full refund. I was told that would have to be a managers decision. They would call me. They never did. I called back.. never able to speak to anyone able to make any decisions on the account. I finally got very firm with them and was offered $500 back. I asked them to please let me know how they came up with this amount.

They said they would email me about it. I never received anything. I said I was not OK with getting $500 back out of nearly $5000 when I had received nothing from them of any value and they had refused to get going on it. They then offered me $1000 and wanted me to sign off that I was happy and wouldn't say anything online or negative about them. I refused so they have refunded nothing. They used the sorry we have had alot of turnover etc... but refused to refund our money. They are putting alot of fake reviews online to offset the bad ones.. but boy are there lots of bad ones!

These guys strung me a long from the beginning and are now holding my money hostage. It's one thing to over promise and its another thing to completely NOT come through. From creating a website in a different name I NEVER requested, then putting different phone number, not having any correct content, no social media in 2-3 days as PROMISED and NO NOTHING to be able to go LIVE at all. This is the biggest scam ever. They get you excited and show this template email in 48 hours to impress you, then of course... Who wouldn't want insane unheard of service? I was sold and they collected my first payment and long story short, weeks later NO ONE is professional, it's like a candy store with kids in there, NO PROFESSIONALS.

I specifically told them "if you process my refund due to services not rendered I will not escalate this." Unfortunately this operation lacks the logic a technology company should be outstanding in. I am an adult male with over a decade of business purchasing experience and this had to of been the most absurd, unorganized, chaotic, scattered and sloppy conduct of business I have yet to see.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE SALES PERSONS ATTEMPT TO SHOW YOU A NEW VERSION OF YOUR WEBSITE IN SHOCKING TIME. THIS IS THEIR SALES PITCH AND WILL GET YOUR MONEY FIRST AND SCREW YOU OVER LATER. I sure hope you do not make my same mistake, now I am having to switch banking information, re do ach with personal bills, etc ALL because THIS company manipulated something that isn't true. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! WEEKS LATER AND I CAN'T EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEIR POOR PERFORMANCE AND IRATE WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FALSE HOPE, THIS IS YOUR COMPANY. IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AND EARNINGS LIKE I DO, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS AND AM DOING THIS ONE TO SAVE SOMEONE THE COUNTLESS HOURS I PUT INTO THIS ILLUSION.

This company takes your money to design and develop a website, but when they lost half of my original content, they do not respond to my requests or take action to fix it. I paid over $300 before I cancelled and from what I hear, I will not be seeing any of that back unless I take them to court.

I had a nice website and plenty of business and when i turned it over to mopro it was a mess. lost my content, and i got less phone calls from customers????
