We used this company for our new business. We spoke with Cynthia Richards.
We gave them a deposit and they came out 4 days after the promised date.
They supplied the fixtures to light our sign as well as the sign.
The fixture was some very low quality made in China type that looked used. The sign was just awful quality...looked like it was built in the dark.
We complained and the installer told us he would return with better fixtures and a better sign. I noted that they are already 4 days behind the agreed upon schedule. We are struggling as it is to open a new business so please help us...
He said that he would speak with the owner Cynthia. 2 days pass and nothing...radio silence.
I finall spoke with Cynthia Richards...I have one word to say: LOONEY!
Needless to say we had to find another company. Cynthia would not return our deposit which really hurt us financally.
