Homeowners Assistance program/Submitted application that was complete case manager MR.Green agreed that I sent in all the statements that where needed.I would get a letter in the mail saying that we have received your application and additional documents are needed.I would have to start all over and send all my documents again to MR.Green and this kept going on for over two years.They used several ways to scam consumers into mortgage fraud and to lose your documents.I want to know how they can get away with this and let your loan go for over two years and still waiting to get a loan modification. I feel this is fraud and a big scam to help you lose your home.
