This website seems like it was designed by a middle schooler for his computers project. It looks terrible and doesn't even show the brand it represents (PHH Mortgages). The site does not accept the password created. It is pracically IMPOSSIBLE to reset your password. The password policy is either not displayed correctly or nothing matches it.
It would be naive to chock this up to a shoddy IT department, but I'm more inclined to think that the bank has a strong interest in consumers not being locked out and unable to make their mortgage payments on time. What a joke. I can't wait to refinance and move my loan to a bank with a website created in the current century.
