Dec.9th2014 my husband and I purchased a extended warrenty from Motor vehicle services. We provided them with a down payment, then a month later they deducted the monthly premium from our account. About mid January we tried to use the coverage but was told per the dealership that we didn't have a contract . We mailed a cancelation notice to the company a month later February 9 the still drafted funds from our account. All the did was give us the run around. Now we have LAW INFORCEMENT involved as well as our bank is now taking a closer look into this matter. People please be careful this company are very good at ripping people off.
To whom it may concern! I _______ ______ had went to court for a misdemeanor charge of expired CDL heath card I did not know about.. Since then I renewed my heath card and paid my fine and everything was cleared and no restrictions but now the DMV in Phoenix AZ has suspended my CDL license for a year for no reason and now they restricted my regular class D license to just work and home " WHY" I did nothing wrong and everything is cleared.. I have lost over a weeks work so far fighting this.. I have been driving trucks over 20 years and this is my job.. I have to pay my mortgage, bills, medical and put food on the table for my family.. Please I need your help I'm about ready to get ahold of the media about this.. I have no charges or restrictions so why is DMV pulling my CDLs and attacking my Class D license? They wont even let me talk to a supervisor or anyone.. Please help.
