Tina on May 14 2014 at 3:11 PM at which time I informed her that I wanted a refund.
To date I have not had any contacty from your company nor have I received my refundI paid $ 2812.00
for a 5 year policy 18 automatic payments of 147.38 a month paid automatically from Bank of America
