Do not ever use this company no matter what. They are the scum of all scum. Just like several others in previous reports, I took out a loan for $500. I have paid this company over $1000 and now I have a judgement for $2400 and they have submitted a writ of garnishment. I made on time payments every single month until I started noticing fees and extra unexplained amounts owing on my loan. I took in my receipts (which they gave me) showing that they had written different amounts owing than what they were asking me to pay. So they would say okay pay the amount on the receipt and then they'd turn around and charge me a late fee on the amounts I should have never been charged to begin with. I have 77 phone calls I have made to employees, managers, human resources, the legal department etc (most of which hang up on me) and not one person has ever given the same answer. I made it very clear to several people that I will not make another payment until they remove the fees and correct the payment amounts to what they should be. At that point I started getting threats of being sued, jail time, garnishment etc. I told them I will gladly accept an opportunity to go to court and show the judge my on time payments, the payment amounts that show in the contract, how I've paid them double what I borrowed and then some or they could simply fix their mistakes so I could pay off the loan. They never did do the right thing and fix it, instead they went to court and got a judgement for $2400. I was never served with papers, they can't tell me who supposedly served me or show me my signature that I received the papers. I called their legal department today and the employee said "awww too bad so sad I don't have to tell you a damn thing and our lawyer never loses a case so sucks for you." I asked her for her lawyers phone number and she hung up on me. I then tried to call and talk to someone else hoping to get information about when this supposed court hearing happened and the previous employee blocked my phone number from calling them. I had to go into the store and have an employee provide me with an alternate phone number just to try and call to get info. I then called the court and was told that supposedly I was served in November but yet I've never been told anything during all the phone calls I've made. The only way I knew I had a judgement is because I started to get junk mail from attorneys. Every employee is rude, they swear at you, they harass people, and when you say something proving their statements and fees wrong they hang up on you. RIDICULOUS. I am a single mom with 3 kids and because of this company we'll probably end up homeless. Seems fair right? Pigs

I had to take a quick loan to get to Arizona to help a family member. When I got stuck down here and couldn't pay the biweekly payments the interest rate went to 600% per year or 18% per day.
What started as a $250 loan is now at $385.00 not counting the payments I have already been able to make which total $400. When you can't make a payment on time they automatically switch to the 600% yearly interest and even if you make the payments on time the interest rate is more than 200%.
NO matter what you have to do - do not borrow money from these people.
