On Oct 13th, 2014 This man Jasaon Holt pretended to have a legit companyCalled (MR Holts Multipurpose Service) that he called and told me about when I had placed an add on CL to sell my dads cars/vehicles on his lot in turkey creek, Lousisana. He promised and agreed to clear off my dads property and haul away SEVERAL vehicles/boats, and camper van off my dads property. And in the verbal agreement over the phone he said he would split half the $ for selling all the items or how much he got for them when he scrapped them if they didnt sell. My brother and I were in turkey creek lousiana from 12th - 17th to take care of my fathers property/vehicles and clearing off the land of all the junk and cars/vehicles while my dad is dying in the nursing home there.
MR Holt also said he was in DAllas and he could not meet up in person .. and he stood my brother up when we made an appt to meet him on my dads property on OCt 17th, 2014 all lies I found out in the end after investigating all this after It unfolded that he had been arrested for SExual assault on a minor on Oct 27th.
SO I had talked to him and text only starting on OCt 13th and then throughout leading up to Oct 26/27th the day he got arrested for sexual assault .. I had no idea until I was told this so thats when i started to investigate all his so called "services" he had promised to do for me and my brother and clear off my dads land/haul away and sell wehicles off the property.
All of which I found out he sold and kept the $$ for after the fact ..whn i found out he was arrested and in jail:
all in all he ripped me and my brother off for almost $4,000 plus and I cnt even make a dang police report because I called sheriffs dept and they said I had to be ther in person to even make a report.. And I live in a diff state all together .. I live in CA and my brother lives in NC not even close to where I would need to make the police report/ turkey creek, lousisana or ville platte, LA
So because WE were there trying to clear up my dads affairs because he was sick and dying in the nursing home there .. we got scammed out of the property and the $$ for what he sold and didnt give us anything or tell us over the phone either what he owed us.
Ialso tried to clear this up with his wife over the phone and she was not helpful in the least and played dumb when i asked her ANY questions about the $$
And when the police there in Lousiana said i couldnt even make a police report they said I had to take MR Holt to civil court/hire a civil lawyer and sue him tht way ..and to even make a report i needed to be there in person ..as well as i had to be there in person to go to the court dates as well. No $ $ to hire a civil lawyer Iam turng to other avenues of where to report this SCAMMER!!
