Robert Brian Mahenes is a crook, he came into my iPhone repair shop on a saturday about an hour before close and pitched me a deal on advertisement in a menu at a local Restaurant. He said it would be $364 for a half page add for a full year, and that he needed at least $200 down. I told him to come back today on Monday, thankfully I looked into him and his business a little before he came back. I found out that he's been arrested on several occasions, for stealing from people, and that he has gone to several businesses promising them deals on advertisemen, collecting money then not coming through with the promises he made.. He says he has to be paid that day, either cash or check. He wants the check to be made out to him, and not his business. That way he can cash the check that day and it's made out to him so you can't come back at him later when he doesn't follow through with the service he's offering. HES VERY LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS. One of my buddies happened to be in the store with me that Saturday and he began to tell us whT was wrong with our generation, and talked anout how he has "never sent an email" in his life. When he came back Monday I showed him the several mugshot pictures I had of him, and called him out on all of his bullshit. He then tried to convince me it was not about him, and that his name was not Robert Mahenes (the man in the mugshots) and that his name was Brian Mann (even though he said the pictures we're definitely him) after trying to convince me he was going to figure out everything he said he would "SEND ME AN EMAIL" when he got it straight I immediately called him on that and he knew he had been caught in a lie. He tried to deny having anything to do with ripping people off. I let him have an ear full and had to tell him to get out of my office several times. I literally had to yell and cuss the dude out before he would leave. I called the police to report him and when went to look at his license plates so I could tell them who to look for I saw he had no plates on his yellow Nissan extera. He has screwed over ALOT of people! Do not do business with this man he will take your money and run! I am 20 years old so I believe he thought he could prey on me and take advantage of the fact that people my age are usually easily manipulated when it comes to things like this. He goes to small businesses and mom and pop stores!!!
