Hello im very disgusted with how mr.tire service is for a simple oil change..I went to get an oil change on the 20 th of july .they gave mr a high mileage synthetic oil change,and rotate my tires.aftet I left I began hearing a knock in thr car I immediately called them to tell thembout it yet they found every excuse as to why it wasnt them,or wat it could be.I had no issues with my car until now.I no they are responsible and im very upset about this situation.
Terrible experience today at the Eldersburg Mr. Tire. We booked last night online for the two new tire "On the Rim & Out the Door" ""Guaranteed Lowest Price" for $393. When I walked in I told them that I was here for new tires which we had reserved/scheduled online, and gave them my name. They asked me to sign the paper work, which I did. 90+ minutes later (not the "less than 60" which I had been told) I was given the total of $580+. Apparently they automatically add in $140 for alignment and more fees for road hazard coverage. What a RIP OFF!!! I had them remove the road hazard coverage and they gave me a discount on the alignment. I learned my lesson, ALWAYS read all the fine print and NEVER trust that they're only performing the work you request. I guess I have too much faith in people that they're honest and not sneaking in extras. Will NEVER return to this location.
I went fix my break in above location .they charge me to much money for parts. When I check the price of the at auto part supplyers like auto zone and advance auto parts. Thery charge only $ 182.94 mr tire charge me$ 302.00 for same parts.I went to shop and complain about it they said I agree on price so nothing we can do then I said reason I agree because I trusted you guys , finaly they took my complain and said our corperate office will get in touch with me so far nobody even call or getting touch with me.
