On or October 2014, we were referred to this "So Called Health Insurance plan", Operators confirm to be a Medical health care insurance plan. everything seen to be fine while they were collecting the monthly fees automaticly from our bank account.C/C
Once I begun to use it and presented the cards to my regular doctors and other clinics, to my surprise it turn out to be a BIG FRAUD, They refuse to pay for the services provided,
Now We got stock with all the medical bills arriving unpaid, this is not an insurance police, its a discounts program that is not even accepted in the majority of the doctors offices, linics NOR HOSPITALS
They only paid $75.00 twice and the rest of the ER, Fees and OTHER Office Visits are still arriving and piling up unpaid.
I wish the Insurance Commisioner of the State of California and Attorney General, Ms. Kamala Harris, launch an investigation over this Companies that conduct bussiness from a P.O. Box and out State, and send this crooks to a pen where they belong out of the public sight.
Be careful, all their transactions and conversation are over the phone and on line.
