Murray Hill National recruited me for a focus group on the NINJA BLENDER 11/19/2014 held in Needham,MA. After attending the Focus Group we were told we'd receive a check for $100.00 for our time as advertised. Murray Hill National has never paid me nor do they answer their phones, or emails regarding this matter. Apparently there are numerous reports against Murray Hill for failing to pay their participants. Stay away from these people/crooks. Report this to your State's AG office and make them pay. Here in Massachusetts; Legal Fees + Treble damages! The game shall begin!
Based out of Atlanta, participated in a Computer Laptop study. It was via video with 5 other people. Never got a confirmation of payment at the end of the call. Nor after several emails. Sent emails asking to confirm the method of payment- no response. Fast forward 2 months later, finally the lady says payment was on the way. Got an email from Pay Pal saying the payment was sent. Logged into Paypal, no money was there. I don't know how they sent a scammed paypal email, or what happened there. But, I never got the Payment.
They do not respond to unsubscribe requests so if you are continuously harassed, just reply all to all the email addresses they contact you from, and call every number, endlessly, leave nonsense voicemails, call and hang up. I spammed them back with 100 emails and about 30 phone calls in 20 minutes and they finally removed me from their database.
I was contacted by murray hill national to participate In an at home consumer study regarding transportation. I was told the survey would take no more than an hour, and it would pay $25 in 3 to 4 weeks. The survey took two hours, and 8 months and 20 emails later I still haven't been paid. Why send 20 emails for just $25? Principal alone is enough, but I've also spent 2 hours literally working for these people. As a minority, I've always disliked the idea that some people's families are untouchably wealthy because for a time they forced people to work for them without pay. I'll not allow it, neither should you.
A woman named Nicole called me from her Dallas office and said that I qualified for a survey that would take 1hr at :1:30 and pays $100. I rearranged my entire day based on a comodating this phone call. Well the phone call never came. I called Nicole letting her. I I haven't received the phone call yet. Goes straight to voicemail. In all the next day to let her know and she said she would get to the bottom of it and email be back I. Regards to my $100 check since they did reserve me. Well that was a sick joke to get me off the phone because I never heard from her again. And of course when I call her office it goes straight to voicemail. Do not waste your time with this company, it has tons of complaints of this nature. I wished I would have googled them before wasting my time. They just SEEMED so reputable. And companies interested in market research don't tangle yourself and soil your name with this company. In this day and age people will find out you did Buisness with such an unethical company who does not pay. I would be interested in a class action suit. Participated in a phone study on June 26th 2019 for 1 hour on a cancer drug and was told I would be paid 30 days after the study closed. I was recruited by a recruiter whose name is Elisa and she never returns calls. I contacted the owner of the company Susan back in August who said she would get to the bottom of this and get back to me but she never did but Elisa finally contacted me by email saying she was out of town on vacation but would contact the client to see what was taking so long. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Dallas on August 8th 2019 and they stated that Murray Hill said checks would be going out the week of Aug 13th 2019. I stated to the BBB that I did not want my file closed until I received my incentive . I contacted the BBB of Dallas and said that I still had not received payment from Murray Hill and they stated that they had sent a rebuttal statement to Murray Hill letting them know that I was dissatisfied with their response but they had not received a response back from Murray Hill. The BBB said that they would be closing the case out at the end of this month but would publish my complaint online for the public to see. They also gave me the phone # to the Attorney General of Dallas to file a complaint of which I am going to do today. This is the 2nd time that I have participated in a study for this company and did not receive payment. Stay away from Murray Hill they are running a scam business.
