On behalf of the law firms My Motion Calendar represents, they do not upload documents required to properly appear for these hearings and mediations in a timely manner. Contracted counsel needs to beg for documents / information / case status / etc the day before a hearing or mediation. They are not timely in relaying the results of these hearings and mediations to the law firms who they represent, leaving the clients of these law firms hanging on the edge and also begging for assistance and information. They are extremely disorganized and seemingly chaotic in nature. There have been many hearings of ours that have gone unrepresented because of their substandard work performance and ethic.
On behalf of the contracted attorneys hired by this referral service to appear for their clients, they do not provide the apporpriate documentation in order to properly appear for these hearings and medaitions in a timely manner so their clients cannot be represented justly. When it comes to invoicing, they pay whatever they want to the contracted attorneys contrary to what is discussed prior to representation and therefore rip-off these referred attorneys. When they are contacted to discuss invoicing issues, they avoid calls, ignore emails and refuse to pay what was agreed upon between counsel and this company.
In conclusion, this company is managed by terrible people who are corrupt, dishonest cheats. All or a majority of their clients and referral attorneys will or have already felt lied to, cheated or unjustly served while doing business with this company. Do not use this service. It will come back to haunt you in the manner of losing your own clients and money.
