Dea Buckley a representative for my modification loan .com formally know as Tempelton Group promised me a fixed mortgage rate at 3.7 Percent under the Obama modification Harp loan program and she sweet talked me & to think i felt sorry for this soft spoken older handcapped lady sitting in a wheel chair & she coned me out of my money & lied to my face at a sit down meeting at the office on 1025 old country road suite# 223 & i handed over all my documentation in reguards to my taxes , bills , mortgage statements and i handed over a check for 1500 Dollars , she stated that her company specialized in loan modification for mortgages and the lawyers in the company worked very closly with the banks and she guaranteed the loan & guaranteed a refund of my money if i was not completlely satisfied and I Then became another victim to there money scam and they stole my money from me & cheated me out of my money & she lied to me about everything and to top it off she kept all my personnel documents and she never called me back and she never replied to my phone calles , text messages , E mails ............
