I checked myself out for $1 then they took $29.95 last month, I called your number and got a refund in a day or two, today I noticed they took it again on 16th of this month, I did not sign up for anything and they had no info online about join ing a club or them in any way, I went to website today and see they have changed it and I can now see the info that says you must cancel, non of this info was in my veiw two month ago when I paid a dollar and did not even get my score..It looks like they are perhaps going to fix the rippoffs but too late for me to cancel until I get my refund... this is a terrible business, I see pages % pages of complaints on Google search...Please help, I am sure others have not seen the websites new info and still getting ripped off, how can I cancel something I never joined by my knowledge and I am educated. I know they are not legit ..

I contacted the customer support phone number from the email I recieved on the same day. I explained that this was cancelled and not authorized to bill. The rep said that I could not have my money refunded and chuckled. I asked to speak with a manger. He told me when the call was completed he would tranfer me but I just got on hold for eternity. Went to look up further information and found that they have no info on their supposed facebook page or twitter. No email contact or address info on the website. Did however find the other names their company uses. I am going to keep calling until someone answers and I will contact my bank.

I signed up for the one week trial. They only let you look at one credit agency you have to pay extra to look at the other two. When I tried to cancel the phone keeps hanging up or the sound goes out. I tried to cancel several times. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

I was looking for a "FREE" credit reportand GLD Myscore came up.

There wasn't anything stating I would be charged $29.95. Therefore when it came up on my online statement, there it was. Not auhorized to do this.

I unsubscribed the next day, so, there should not have been any charge Two days ago I went back to the site and it said there would be a charge after 12-25-4.

GLD MYSCORE-

They advertise, for $1.00 check your credit score. (Fine print says cancel within 7 days or you're signed up for $28.95 a month for life)

I called in the same day, they did not cancel and my AmX card was charged. Amx put a dispute on the charge and then 10 days later, said they had received confirmation that I had NOT canceled!

I called Amx again and they did another dispute.

I don't know how long I will have to do this, but the lesson learned is; Look on before you give any company on the internet your card number!

GLD MYSCORE HAS SCAM ME FROM 010114 TO THE PRESENT:

1) UNAUTHORIZE CHARGES!!

2) I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THEM!!

3) THEY TOOK MONIES FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!

4) I WANT ALL THE MONIES THEY TOOK FROM 010114 TO THE PRESENT!!!!!

Found out in September of this year that Myscore has been ripping myself and my kids off since February of this year. I am so upset. And then on top of that my bank is dragging its feet about giving us our money back. How if this is a legitimate company there's no contact info, why would they take money out the account twice sum months, and then nothing, and then all over again tske a different amount. Its scandalous how they could steal from people who need their money the most. Why can't we find these people and prosecute them for continually to steal from us.

Contacted this organization at approximate 1115 on 9/23/2014 to have a $28.95 charge removed from my bank account for a service I did not enlist in. This is a monthly membership fee for individuals to access their credit report.

I talked to a person named John and while I had him on the phone I was assured that he was sending me an email cancelling the charge of $28.95 and I needed this email to take to the bank.

I had the bank representative on my other phone my this was transpiring. When I got to the Public Library no where to be found was the supposed email I was to receive.

I have called the people at 855-331-9531 several time since the original phone call and have asked to have the email resent. I was told flatly that it could not be done. I have no idea as to what steps need to be taken but I assure you that anyone having to deal with this organization is asking for trouble.

In December 2013, saw an add for a "free" credit score site. This cost $1.00 in order to process(worth a dollar, right?!...Wrong). This of course gave them my credit card number, and my fault in not reading throughly, a monthly charge appeared on my bill in January of 2014. As this overdrew my account, I immediately called and spoke with an agent of MyScore regarding this suspicious charge. I was informed that I had signed up and was enrolled in a "membership" plan. I informed the agent, that was not my intention. I asked them to cancel this membership, and that I would assume responsibilty and not dispute the charge for January. I was assured this was cancelled and never thought about it again.

That was until July 2014, again my account was overdrafted, and to my surprise it was again from MyScore. With further investigaton, my membership was not cancelled correctly in January. My bank account history showed multiple more deductions from my account every month sinc Jan until July. On July 3rd, the day I discovered this, I again called MyScore and expressed my concerns with them continuing to charge my card after I was assured it had been cancelled. Once again I was assured that this membership had been cancelled and I was to be issued refunds within 7-10 business days. As this did fall on a holiday weekend, I did understand it may be a few extra days(no problem). I was to be issued (5) credits of $29.95 and (2) payments of $1.00. The first two refundsof $1.00 each came through very quickly(even with the holiday to my surprise) on July 3rd. The next two refunds(on a Sunday) were each for $29.95. One more credit of $29.95 came through on day 9 of their guaranteed refund time frame of 7-10 business days. At this time I am still owed two more refunds of $29.95, which according to their time frame given I should have seen the following day on the 18th of July.

It is now August 15th and I am still waiting on my (2) refunds of $29.95. I have spoken with countless numbers of different agents and have gotten the same run around from all of them. All giving me different guarantees and seeing no positive results. I have been told 3-5 more days, 7-10 more days, that it should be pending in my account within an hour. Ive been told by "supervisors" that their bosses have literally gone into the system and have pushed my refunds through, still Im waiting...and waiting...and waiting. Last call made was today, and again I was told they were "just issued"(again) today, and that I "should" see my refund in another 7-10 days. I am absolutely disgusted and fed up with their lack of competence! Maybe this will get me a much faster result, and if not atleast I may have educated someone else about the scams they are running against people, including a struggling single mother of two kids like myself. Lesson learned but still fighting for the money that is righfully owed to me.

Beware of this company. They charge you with $1.00 to get your score, you call to cancel any further charges, they give you a cancellation number, but never actually cancel the account you never sisgned up for, nor clicked any boxes to activate. When you find they've charged $25.90 to your card, you have to wait for ever and are cut off 3-4 times. When you get back on and ask for a suprvisor they tell you you have to go through the whole process again and then to "escalate" the call they tell you to hold for a superviosr, who by the way is the only one who can issue a refund, then you ar hung up on again. A scam and fraud all th way. Do not use, stay away!!
