This report pertains to the action of Mr Glenn in his capacity as a non profit director of an organization of private process servers. That organization is called National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS)
Mr Glenn has an interest in protecting his business, growing his business, and mainating his business. He is using the intangible assets of the NAPPS non profit in order to grow his own recognition that in turn grows his business. He has and does decides that the actual fraud of the administrative offices of the NAPPS is something his character states is unworthy to address. His goal is to allow the fraud of the organization to be overcome with actions of his decisions to quiet debate and those who bring it. Mr Glenn belives in one degree of change and that degree his he morphs into the person of the past and continues the tradition of corruption at NAPPS.
Mr Glenn is a part of a faction relating to John Perez and Serve-Now that desire to wrerst control of the NAPPS from Mr Crowe Mr Blum Mr Tamaroff and Mr Yellon all old tymers at NAPPS. Mr Glenn had publically stated his goal is not change of the corruption and fruad but instead change that make shime and his alliances in charge of it and hence reap the improper benefit of the non profit association. This was filed on July 4, 2014, independence day, symbolic of the substance of what our country was founded on. Mr Glenn fuel is self growth and power. His actions require hum to go along and get along and roll over anyone who disagree with his position. I recommened with this report that the opposite occurs and his business that has gained from the improper actions and use of a representative position in a non profit causes gain no more.
When I spoke with the lady at end of conversation with the Administrator she said it would be a day to correct my listing they screwed up and I would hear from them. They did not fix it after repeated requests. I could not get them on the phone again. Very unprofessional! This did not smell good after I thought about it and called back to cancel my NAPPS listing altogether. They did cancel it finally but will not return my funds!!!
These people are rip-off artists. I bet they sit at their desks and brag about the sucker (me) they convinced to give them a payment for services they have no intention of providing.
Gary A. Crowe should learn from his late father how to be ethical and go by the Golden Rule. In the digital age word spreads quicky and it is unfortunate how nasty and unethical this Association has become with him. When Members choose to cancel their listings the funds should be refunded and pro-rated as well.
The free market we live in allows for freedom of choice. Membership in a scam-artist association is not for me and now 3 other Members I know who canceled their association with NAPPS permanently.
There are other way better Process Server Associations run by honest people with good character much more wothwhile than NAPPS.
