National Multi List Service Reviews

Take UR Money & Double Charge U with NO refund

I should have known when their salesman kept calling me everyday, sometime twice begging me to list my RV with them. They even took $100 off the price and promised me all my money back if it did not sell in a certain amount of time. The only phone calls I have received from my listing is other companies wanting to sell my RV....

Then they double charged my credit card... and will not re-credit it. They Charge me originally, the 2 weeks later charged me again and then credited me back , BUT only to recharge me on my next statement (equals 3 charges and 1 credit). Now they are acting like they are all confused on what is going on. Now Scott will not return my calls.

I have been reading nothing but bad reviews on this company and that their BBB accreditation has been revoked! (Failure to respond to complaints).

From BBB: On 03/27/2014 this company's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure to respond to one or more customer complaints filed with the BBB and unresolved complaint(s).

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I am going to seek a remedy (dispute) through my bank credit card.

On May 20th, 2013 I was contacted by Santanya of National Multi List telling me they were the internets largest A website for used "For sale by owner" RVs. They worked on a one-time fee until sold. I agreed to purchase a premuim plan for $299.00 for a five month period. They sent me a contract letter together with a refund coupon. The coupon stated that if the unit fails to sell within 150 days from the date of purchase, the amount of $299.00 would be refunded in full. The letter also stated that they would continue to advertise my unit until it sells. After 150 days my unit had not sold and I sent the refund coupon back to the attention of a Mr. Jim Brand. After repeated calls, I spoke to Carla who confirmed they had received the letter and who said I would receive a check by December 7, 2013. No check has been received and repeated calls to several different listed numbers have gone unanswered. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Denver on November 19, 2013 also failed to get any response from National Multi List. It appears this is truly a scam operation. Do not waste your money!
