We were given a referral to use John Webster and contacted Mr. Webster in
March, 2014.
Mr. Webster informed us that the process looked very favorable
and we would know within a few weeks as to the outcome of our request. I
contacted Mr. Webster and confirmed that he was paid the fee of $1500.
I would contact Mr. Webster and ask for updates based on the
dates he gave me. For some reason, Mr. Webster failed to contact us in any timely manner. We have been attempting to follow up with Mr.
Webster approximately every two weeks. Mr. Webster became very
unprofessional and demanded that we stop contacting him for updates. We were told
that we could contact him via email or his cell phone and did so only to find
out about any progress. Each time we contacted Mr. Webster he would give us
another date of approximately two more weeks. In June Mr.
Webster stated that I was being rude and inappropriate with my requests for
updates.
This entire process has been very disappointing. We
did not have the extra $1500 for this type of treatment and lack of service. I
am discouraged that a law firm would refer this person for their service. You
may want to consider using another firm for these services based on our
experience.
July - we have never received any documentation or information on the process.
Once Mr. Webster received his fee we never heard any more information from him.
