I received a judgement letter from nelson and kennard attorneys at law with a judgement doller amount from an auto loan that i had with capital one. I had paid off that loan, and received my title nearly two years ago. The judgement date went back to april 10 2008, six months after i made the loan. I was not notified about this until now seven years later. where do I go from here?
