Tried for 2 weeks to get RMA and instructions on exchanging defective ram memory. After no response to numerous emails I researched the Palm Beach county clerk of court website and found that BankUnited has a current lawsuit pending against Nemix Ram/Steven Kazminirov for contract indebtness. It explained why I wasn't receiving a response. I would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to take the above information into consideration. I no longer have an interest in exchanging the defective ram as there is no telling how long they will be around should it need replacing again in the future. Therefore, buyer beware!!
